Home Depot - Langley

we were recently in HOme depot looking for decking to redo our back yard with. the guys that work there are very helpful, and will even cut our wood for us if we need it. they helped us with the measurements we gave to make sure we bought just enough product, and didn't overspend. it was definately a place that we would go again.

Home Depot is convenient one stop shopping for most home projects. They have a reasonable selection of everything with reasonable prices. There Employees are generally helpful as long as it's not too busy and the store has good return policies.

We had our countertops replaced by Home Depots countertop contractor. The contractor was on time, delivered the countertops, installed the sink and garbage disposal. We are very pleased with the results.

With an entire basement reno, I needed products and advice from just about every department of Home Depot. I often found it difficult to track down a clerk and when I did was usually disappointed in the level of service I received.

Time was to be 4 - 6 weeks. The wrong tiles arrived and cannot book installation until the new ones arrive. The time is now more like 12 weeks. We now have it booked for the 18th so I hope all goes well.

Frequently my husband will send me off to find "this or that" when doing home repairs. I usually have no clue what he's talking about so I take the part with me (in this case a plumbing part). The helpful staff at Home Depot look at the part and show me exactly where to find it. They will even explain how the part works so I can sound "smart" when I bring it home!!

Just recently I purchased plumbing fixtures for a renovation we did at our house, and was quite certain that home depot would not have the selection/competetive price. I was quite surprised to see variation in products, and most importantly the price of their plumbing items. I will think twice before doing any further puchasing for some of the specialty shops.

I purchased a shed that Home Depot Said Would not sweat, but after I got it built, it sweat very badly. I told them that I was very unhappy and they told me if I was that unhappy to bring it back. I dismanteled the whole thing and brought it back in a million pieces. Thay unloeded it and gave me a full refund. THere are two stories hear. 1- I shouldn't have listened to the guy who said it wouldn't sweat, as my inner voice did not believe him, which brings me to a warning, don't always believe what they say as they are not nowledgeable at everything. 2- If you or they make a mistake, they are always willing to fix the problem to your satisfaction.

We were able to purchase everything we needed to do our own kitchen & bathroom renovation. The kitchen needed new paint, flooring, appliances, etc. However the bathroom was gutted and completely re-done. We went from an old 50's bathroom to a wonderful spa like experience. Home Depot had everything we needed and offered all the handy tips and advice to assist us along the way. Thanks to Home Depot are projects were both a huge success!!!!

Last summer, I won a $500 Home Depot gift certificate as prize in a coffee contest. That spurred me to look at ways to improve things (and I went a little beyond $500). Bought melamine paint, new faucets, and countertop laminate and am very happy with the new looks in my kitchen and main bathroom.
