Tiles were in stock. Any cracked or broken ones were refunded no questions asked. Great advice from a mature gentleman who knew the whole process of installation and finishing. Overall very satisfactory.

I needed to replace the toilet , sink and tub in the bathroom at the cottage. I was looking for something kind of shabby chic, but wasn't having any luck.
On a fluke I happened upon this Home Depot and there it was. A white pedestal sink and matching toilet and tub. The price was right and everything was in stock. I was in the right place at the right time.
I am very pleased with the selection and the end result is beautiful.

The Home Depot should definitely be on your list of places to check-out you're thinking about putting new hardwood flooring for any home/condo. They have a tremendous selection. The service was great and they had large selection in a variety of colours, textures and sizes. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and makes you feel at ease. I would recommend the Home Depot to everyone!

Overall good and friendly service people assisting with styles, colors, and materials for our home project. Although the prices were pretty average at Home Depot compared to other retailers, they had very knowledgeable people who provided a lot of good tips and techniques for the do it yourselfer.

The selection of paint was amazing!! I bought a cd on faux painting and it was so easy to understand. I got everything that I needed and more.

I love it when a sales person waits on me in a timely manner AND knows what they are talking about.
So often I go to a home improvement store and I ask a salesperson for help, picking out a product and they know less than I do about the product. I am happy to report that this was not the case with Home Depot on this particular visit.

We purchased a central vacuum from the Home Depot location on Gerrard Street East. Service before the sale was excellent. Paul and I discussed installing the unit including potential pitfalls and tips to make things go smoothly. Service after the sale was another matter entirely. Paul transferred to a store outside of Toronto and the remaining staff were always off helping other customers. When I did track down a customer service associate (CSA), he was initially confused by my questions( Paul's tips were not part of the instruction manual) and it took forever to explain what I had done to that point. Once the CSA got up to speed, he was able to help. My lesson: Follow the written instructions unless you know what you're doing.
