We're sorry you were not satisfied. At the point of sale you were told that the furniture would be delivered to your home but setup is not included and you agreed to that. You did not want to pay extra for assembly as price was a big factor for you. It is also indicated on the invoice that setup is not included with delivery.
We were glad to inform you that we would be able to delivery the furniture a day earlier than promised and you were very happy with that. Upon delivery, you demanded from the delivery crew that the furniture be assembled and when you were reminded that you had declined the assembly service because you didn't want to pay extra for that, you got very hostile towards everyone.
It just can't be arranged on the spot at time of delivery because the drivers have other deliveries scheduled after yours and when the schedule is made we take into account any extra time needed if a customer has requested assembly services and book the delivery schedule based on that. That's why this arrangement needs to be made well in advance and not on the spot. Any delays like this is not fair to other customers who are waiting for their deliveries after yours and many have very restricted timings due to elevator booking restrictions or work schedules.
We would be happy to send an assembly person to your home to help you assemble your furniture at a minimal cost if you still need it. Most of it is already pre-assembled from the factory and only very minor assembly is required.
