Chris's crew did a fabulous job refinishing my >25 year old deck.
They sanded everything down and applied a polyaspartic coating and it's looking better than new.
I scratched the deck (my error, dragging a table across it before the finish complete hardened). Chris came within 2 days and fixed it up.
Really appreciate his quick response.

Wall to wall crack in the garage floor was very professionally repaired. Cause was identified as water leaking under the floor in one area which caused the underlying base to erode severely. A small floor area was removed and non shrink grout poured in making the underlying area solid again. Fresh concrete added to repair the crack and professionally finished. Concrete steps also repaired. The people who did the work arrive when they say they will, complete their work in a professional manner and leave the premises clean and tidy. They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job.

The work contracted to be done for The Country Club involved grinding the surface of a 5000 square foot deck to clean off layers of old paint, then patch the seam lines and then seal the complete surface. Three sets of stairs were also included in this project.

Kris and his team did an outstanding job to repair my cracked concrete patio and the rotten wood columns. From the very first inquiry to completion of job , Kris and his team were very professional . Kris recommended the best finish for the patio and color scheme. The job was very clean and professional . We will definitely recommend Kris and his team to friends and family .

Our furnace room floor was is need of facelift. Goldwell repaired the old concrete and added a flexible waterproof membrane. The refinished floor looks cleaner and dryer. A job well done!

The Goldwell team was very professional. Renovation was for a Commercial Unit for upscale Dance/Theatre Studio. Goldwell worked around our difficult schedule. The quality of their finished product was impressive. They took me through the process step by step. The price point gave excellent value. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of working with concrete finishes.

In October 2015, Goldwell was hired to resurface the entire floor area of 2300 sqft for my food processing facility, with a type of polyurethane and epoxy. The company charged a pretty expensive price, as polyurethane is said to withstand high temperature. So we ordered to have 2/3 of the entire area to be coated with this material to be used as our production area; and the remaining 1/3 with epoxy as it would be just for storage.

We with through many difficulties with this contractor once the contract was sighed, as they repeatedly tried to cut cornors throughout their job. The first unpleasant surprise came in the middle of the work when they tried to reduce the area of the expensive coating and increase the area with cheap epoxy coating. They also tried to change colour of coating... trying not to remove debris at the end, etc... The job was finally completed by the end of October. The contract comes with a 5-year warranty.

Early in Feburary 2016, in less than 4 months' time, one spot of the polyurethane floor bubbled up and then cracked up. The company was advised of the situation, the business owner first said he would come in to take a look and fix it, but never showed up in weeks. Contacted again, the company sent an email with an "application form" demanding a payment of $75.00 for warranty inspection, which is not in the terms of the contract. The owner basically refused to honour his warranty obligation. This is absolutely outrageous that he has the nerve to demand additional payment for a warranty call for a job that was obviously so poorly done. And this is not a normal business practice in regards to warranty issues in any field of business. In short, it is so hard to believe that, in this day and age, there is a business like Goldwell, who does not even have any decency to stand behind their job and honour their warranty obligations, especially only after less than 4 months on a 5 year warranty.

I recommend that people stay away from this dishonourable company for their own protection.

You will be hard pressed to find a more professional company than Goldwell. After coming across several contractors who provided me with quotes and never returned to do the job, I am very happy I found Kris and his team. Everything from the initial quote with Hubert, the communication with Edyta throughout the process, to the attention to detail of Kris and his team was excellent. They went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. The floor looks amazing and we could not be happier. Do not hesitate to book Goldwell for your home projects!

They fit me in quite quickly and the job only took a day longer than expected. Although you pick the colors, they are applied very random and so you have to trust them to give you what you want or at least be very specific on what you want to see. The work crew were professional. The prep work, sanding of concrete, was pretty clean but I took extra precaution to cover everything with plastic anyway. Everyone loves the floor now.
