Our new roof was installed during the two hottest days so far this spring. With temperatures soaring, Ricardo and his roofing team worked above and beyond to get our roof job completed. They stayed on site until the job was done and cleaned up each day before leaving.

I'd had windows, patio door, deck railings, previously installed by George Kent. I was well pleased with that work so when a recent wind storm blew shingles off my roof I phoned Saturday and left a voice mail. Within an hour Wayne called back and promised to do his best to help even though numerous homes were in difficulty and roofer demand was extraordinary. The next morning (Sunday) James arrived. He had shingles with him and quickly and competently repaired the damage. Super service! Great people and a great company.

When it comes to renovations we only have to make one call and that's to George Kent Home Improvements. With our consultation it was decided that the kitchen window also needed to be replaced with one that would double in size. Not only did they come up with the correct solution the installation and professionalism of the workers were terrific from start to finish. Thank you again!

We phoned George Kent last winter to get a quote for several house projects. We needed some new windows, storm door, new gutters, soffit, fascia, outside siding and insulation. We had met with 4 other companies and George Kent was last on the list.

Rick Cusimano came to our home and gave us a very competitive quote on all of our projects. When we did more research on the company reputation and previous work we felt very confident in proceeding with George Kent. Rick made it effortless and gave us the full confidence that we were being looked after.

Soon, the window crew came. Jesus professionally and efficiently measured and advised us on the new windows and storm door. Not too long after that, Jesus came back with his team (his very polite sons) to quickly and expertly install the new windows and door. They were very efficient, clean, quiet and respectful and did a fantastic job!

In the early Spring, the outside crew arrived. Miroslav and his team expertly and efficiently removed all of the old gutters etc, cleaned up and disposed of all the garbage etc. Next they installed exterior insulation and siding plus new gutters, soffit and fascia. They showed up early, worked really hard for several very long days and did a fantastic job!

Please note the George Kent Office Management team is very helpful, flexible and communicates efficiently and effectively. They always followed up with me and made sure everything was going well.

We waited 6 months to write this review because we wanted to see how the work would stand up over the summer and fall over various weather conditions etc. We are still extremely happy with the quality of work, the follow-up and the final products.

We highly recommend George Kent (www.georgekent.ca) - and we plan to hire them again for future projects. Their entire team is efficient, professional, on-time and deliver a high quality job that is on budget.

One of the best roofing companies in the GTA area. One of the rare 3% of all roofing companies that have GAF certification -- we only trusted George Kent to do an excellent job on our roof replacement. Anthony, Wayne, Carol, and Vesula made sure that our roof was completed on time (3 weeks quoted) and as promised -- that we paid a fair price for superior work. We are glad to have chosen them and would highly recommend them to all our friends and family. We had our roof done in late October/early November and it was perfectly fine weather-wise. If you are thinking about getting your roof replaced, you need to hire the George Kent team. They are fair, honest, reliable, and do excellent work. We are happy with our roof and can sleep easy at night knowing that we have GAF coverage.

Called many companies looking to replace our shingle roof. Strangely enough, some companies don't bother to return calls or give quotes when they say they will. George Kent is one of several quotes I received for my roof and called more than once looking for my business. Though not the cheapest they were in the ballpark of others and I liked the product they were offering. The crew arrived during Canada Day long weekend but started a day later (needed to get a lot more roofing plywood sheets since the roof had lots of damage, not their fault) and was completed a few days later. Very pleased with the roof and how it looks and, so far, no leaks! Hope it lasts as long as they say it will. :)

Spoke to Anthony who reviewed my insulation needs. Was impressed with the attention he gave to all my questions not only about the insulation but also about installing a hatch, the entire procedure and the high standards of the company which has been around a long time.

Company is excellent to deal with, friendly, prompt and courteous from our sales rep Wayne to the installer Jesus. He was nice efficient and cleaned up after. I will recommend their services to others and will have more work done with them in the future.
