Spoke to Anthony who reviewed my insulation needs. Was impressed with the attention he gave to all my questions not only about the insulation but also about installing a hatch, the entire procedure and the high standards of the company which has been around a long time.

Roof Insulation - Nobody showed up nor returned my call

Roofing review in Mississauga

I made an appointment a week in advance to receive a quote for attic insulation and new hatch. I requested that someone call me to answer a few questions before the appointment. My appointment was confirmed before hanging up. Nobody called me back nor did anybody show up the day of the appointment. When I called to ask if someone was coming I was told that although my appointment was scheduled, the salesman was not given my appointment and that someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Nobody called back. I guess they are too busy and don't have time for customer service. Disappointing!
