My old shop is rotting and full of carpenter ants. It has become unsafe so I'm replacing it with a metal shop.

Got the building I've always wanted.
The delivery guy,was awesome and helpful.

I purchased a 24x40 X style building. It showed up as promised. That was 2 years ago and I still havent put it together. So I cant tell you much more then that.

I have a wonderful steel shed for storage but I did have to hire other people to build it.

Great kit and priced reasonably for our workshop.

My only concern is that you cant buy the complete building kit including the bolts, nuts and washers as per the drawings. They were not reasonably priced and difficult to get during the pandemic. Our other delayed issues had to do with permit and contractor for the concrete pad. Hubby put the workshop together by himself (yes hes experienced).

I ordered a steel frame building for our cabin - and the team at Future Steel Buildings, especially Natanel Geiman made the whole process smooth and enjoyable! Cant wait to share pics when its finished.

Two of our existing panels were damaged by a delivery truck and Kevin was very helpful in getting us replacements.

We are very happy with our new workshop. Easy to follow instructions made it a super ezsy build! Thank you Future Buildings!

They were great to deal with. I like the idea of an engineered building , This building did not need to meet the city approval, just the set back laws and pad permit..
