Recently purchased a sectional sofa from Natuzzi, and an Italian dining room set. loved the quality and the after service.The product was delivered as mentioned on time. The delivery guys were neat and very helpful.

Sofa purchased in Jun 2014 and delivered in April 2015 - recently settled with the vendor with discount. Two tools to always keep in mind:

1. Ontario Consumer Protection

2. Pay using a credit card so that leave you an option to dispute the charge later if needed.

The staff at Furnishings 2day were very helpful each time I visited the store; and there were a number of visits until I decided. They have a large selection and you can browse catalogues to order even more furniture than they have in-store. The delivery men were neat and did a great job assembling the furniture. Anyone can sell you furniture. Furnishings 2day has great customer service and I plan to shop there in every time.

Browse in De Boer's, then buy from here. You can get a much better price, especially after bargaining. This is the real stuff from Italy, and as modern as you'd like.
