I'm so happy that I hired Mimmo and his team to do our tiling project at our basement. They have been always on time and very PROFESSIONAL and did an absolutely great job. They stayed in our house and finished the job in 5 days and then left.
We have done lots of renovation in our house but none of the contractors we hired worked like Mimmo's group...it was the best experience we had throughout our renovation. Thank you so much!!

We had Forever Stone do our side patio last year and this year we asked them back to redo our old flagstone porch and walkway. Again Mimmo did not disappoint. Like before, the crew was always on time, tidy, and maintained open communication during the project. The finished product was beautiful! We have gotten many compliments on our new porch and walkway and neighbours have even stopped by to ask who did our work! As always, we were happy to recommend Forever Stone.

Once again we were thrilled with Mimo's work. Last year he did our front patio and garden. It turned out beautifully and this year we decided to do the backyard. Mimo was friendly, reliable and excellent at his work. The job site was always left neat and tidy. We especially liked that he came and finished all in 3 days.

We had an amazing experience working with Mimmo from start to finish. Of the three people who came to provide us with an estimate for the job he spent close to an hour-and-a-half explaining to us the work that he was proposing to complete.

When Mimmo started the project with his his team they worked very quickly. His team was aided by the fact that they had a lot of equipment to work with. After reading all of the great reviews on Homestars, I decided to give Forever Stone Design a call to get a quote on interlocking the walkways on both sides of my house and building a patio and walkway around my deck. Upon meeting Mimmo, I was very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and pleasant personality. He offered great suggestions and sketched out a plan that nicely illustrated exactly what I wanted done. I chose a beautiful stone paver called Mega Trafalgar and Mimmo and his team did the rest. The final product was beautiful and has not only improved the look of my home but has increased the property value of our house. Mimmo was also kind enough to fix some poor workmanship by another contractor on my front porch and steps. The two steps were way too high and Mimmo was able to lift the flagstone and correct the steps to code and then finish off the remaining portion of the front entrance. From begining to end, it was a pleasure dealing with Mimmo because he is honest and trustworthy and is very skilled at what he does.. He began the work exactly when he said he would and beautifully completed the job within 4 days at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the finished product and highly recommend Mimmo and Forever Stone Design.

I waited 5 months to write this review because I was very busy and also wanted to give myself sometime to truly evaluate the job. The job was well done and Mimmo gave good recommendations. He is frank and straightforward. The work is of high quality and was carried out in a timely and organized manner. The stone work looks very good.

Mimmo and his crew of extremely pleasant and skilled stone masons have just completed a beautiful transformation of my back cement deck. They completely reworked the access and clad the entire structure in OWEN SOUND random flag stone for the deck, stairs and patio and OS ledge stone for the walls. As well as blocking up an old basement entrance.

The process was smooth and easy from our first meeting, Mimmo arrived on time, listening to my wishes for the old and clumsy back entry and then working with me on a design that was practical and beautiful. He helped me realize where I didn’t need to spend and suggested ideas and ways of tying in the old with the new that I had never considered. I had three quotes and Mimmo’s quote was right in line.

His crew arrived as scheduled, no delays, no excuses. Our only foe was the weather. Great care was taken, protecting the existing garden, making sure that the neighbours were not inconvenienced and that I understood the work that was to be done, in what order and pleased with the shape and size of all the elements.
7 days later the transformation is complete! Cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even took away other contractors rubble for me and did some brickwork that was not in the original quote at no added cost. I could not be happier. This is a 7 year dream come true.
I had intended to set a path and patio myself next spring but now I know that would be “CRAZY”, when I can have the project done by FOREVERSTONE DESIGN for so much less stress and bother and be guaranteed that it will be fabulous for years to come.

Mimmo and his team made our front porch and steps so beautiful. Mimmo was trying his best to meet our requirements and at the same time he gave us lots of great suggestions. They were extremely courteous and did their utmost to attend to every detail. They were really careful in making sure that the job site was cleaned up properly. We are completely satisfied with the results. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

We contacted him based on the reviews that we saw on this website. Mimmo and his team were great. His was the first quote I received from about 6 companies, and ended up being the most reasonable.

He was able to start quickly and accommodated a few last minutes changes as we revised what we wanted done. I even ran into Mimmo at the stone place while selecting what I wanted, and he joined me and helped me with suggestions on what to pick

After completion, the job looked very professional and everything we requested was done. We are definitely happy with the finished product.

I appreciated that we weren't given any unrealistic expectations, and that Mimmo was honest about what can be done and what to expect.

Probably the only issue we had was that apparently some mixing was done on our lawn (not sure what it is, grout, concrete?) which won't wash away and has killed some of the grass on our lawn. We were told that it was better to have it done on the lawn instead of on the driveway, but I think that at the least something like a plastic garbage bag over the lawn could have been used to protect it. It's not a major issue, and I'm hoping the winter snow will help wash some of it away.
