Windows and installation were top notch. Sales person was knowledgeble, punctual and very thorough. Had many quotes and the pricing was very competitive for the quality I windows I received. I have als referred this company to my neighbour as well as my boyfriend. They both, after doing their necessary homework chose this company as well. I will be referring them to anyone else who is looking for quality windows and doors

The doors themselves I am happy with and the installation was fast and painless. Some of the service calls took longer then I'd like but overall, a good experience. My house has much greater curb appeal and seems warmer in the winter. Sam the installer was great and made sure everything was done to my specs before calling it a day.

With regard to their customer service, THERE IS NONE. Saleman couldn't get here fast enough to get a contract signed but to get anyone out to fix a problem that has been ongoing for 7 weeks now...well all it is is promises and those promises don't come when they return calls because they don't. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, not even enemies. If anyone out there knows who to contact please advise as when I call they won't give me any information.

It Only took one month after we ordered to have all windows made and completely installed. The installers were both very good. It took them 1.5 days to remove all old windows and install all of the new ones. What a difference.

I went with this company because their rates and payment plan seemed reasonable. However, the man who comes and does your estimates is a bit of a schmooze artist and the workers that he sends to do the work are not very knowlegeable on the art of installing windows and doors. Had to have them back several times for faulty workmanship, that is after numerous phonecalls to the schmoozy sales man. Too much chasing around, which they didn't have to do when the wanted to be paid!!!

After looking for about 2 years and 12 different companies for estimates, FM Clera windows stood out with the best. Out of 12 companies, FM was one of two companies that provided a written estimate. The sales woman wore a company shirt, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They were extremely competetive. Home Depot Windows were more than twice the price and their estimate was scribbled on paper. Real professional. Not.

The install crew came on a few cold January days and aside from some miscellaneous debris found when the snow melted, a very good job. Several neighbours have inquired and are impressed.

From the moment the sales woman arrived at my house I was impressed,no hard core sales technique just a friendly conversation regarding my windows and what to expect, I was very impressed and pleased, the installation was just as impressive friendly experienced installers put in my windows and door, I knew I was in good hands, the product is great and looks beautiful, I would recomend FM Windows to all
