Clera Windows + Doors

I just had a beautiful front door installed recently. I chose the company because about 3 years ago I had replacement windows installed in my living room. Not only was I completely satisfied with the installation, cleanup etc. I was impressed with the sales person. Before deciding on a company, I did some research and interviewed 2 other sales persons from prominent companies. Bill Sanderson was the only one who answered my questions honestly and gave me excellent advice. I am also happy to support a Canadian company. I am so satisfied with the product and workmanship that I have already ordered 3 more windows and intend to install another door. Prices are competitive and the product is great! I have recommended the company to my friends. My house is looking fantastic. Eventually all my doors and windows will be Clera.

We went with Clera Windows and Doors By FM Industries for the third time because we knew we were going to get an excellent product, get it on time and installed professionally. Once again it was the right choice. It was a great experience from the time the sales rep came to give us a quote to the first time I opened my new windows. Window for front of hose for living room purchased in 2002. In 2004 had problems with moisture collecting on the sill of the picture window and 2 crank outs. Make sure that if you do purchase ask allot of questions about the warranty and what and when labour charges accure. I was contacted by Raj Kain ( V.P. - Sales & Marketing) and came out with an installer and sales rep within a week. Windows were checked and insulation was applied properly to the exterior and windows were looked over. We came to the conclusion that the humidity levels were the culprate. It's hard in the dead of winter not to have some humidity in your home as it is good for your wood furniture and dry skin. The registers for the furnace are not positioned underneath the windows and I was told that's where they should be. After talking with Raj we came to a satisfactory resolution.

About a year ago I needed several doors and windows replaced. I approached Clera windows and doors on the recommendation of a family member. Getting an estimate was easy and Chris did a great job showing me the options and getting me a fantastic price. My window/doors were installed promptly and efficiently and they look great! Service was commendable and I have enjoyed their products since then. I now want to replace the rest of my windows and last week I called in and within days they came, gave me an estimate and my windows are already ordered. The company was fast, dependable and did a great job at getting me what I needed. I would highly recommend them.

This is the third Clera Window's install I had done in the 5 years I have been in my home and all of them have been FANTASTIC! I replaced the windows in my daughter's bedroom - one of which was about 7 feet tall.
