Clera Windows + Doors

I had several windows replaced by Clera Window and Doors this winter and I am very happy with the quality of the windows. They are solid and they will help reduce my heating costs. Gary brought a window sample, so I knew the quality of the windows even before I bought them. The installation was professionally done. So I know that anyone that I recommend Clera windows to would also be happy with Clera's quality and installation of their windows.

I recently asked Dave Guichelaar if I could send my thoughts on your product and his professionalism to your company. Dave provided me with this email address. Fred and I ordered a beautiful door through Dave and we were so impressed with the product,and the way it was made and shipped ensuring no damage. We had shopped around for while and after receiving the brochure booklet from Dave the decision was made. Dave sat down with us and went over the paperwork making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. When the door arrived he called us immediately to let us know it was in. The door is installed and looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Dave and FM windows and doors to anyone! It was a pleasure working with him!!

FM Industries provided us with the Best Service, Best Price and were quick, fast friendly and efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up after wards.
Shawn was the best Sales Person, knew the product , explained what it was, how it works and followed up with a phone call and letter to make sure we were happy with the installation, the staff installing and the the product installed.
He went and had the installers go the extra mile for us and did capping around the front door at no extra charge.

We have had a great experience with Clera Windows. The sales rep for the Markham area is Rick and he is a very wonderful person to work with. We had 4 companies quote in total and Rick's presentation was by far the best. When comparing the quality of the windows against others; Clera was clearly superior.
Installation was right within the timeframe given. Mark and Chase did the whole install. The quality of the install was fantastic. I had California shutters on a good number of windows and Mark was able to reinstall them for me. To my surprise they fit quite well over the new frames.
We did have an issue with one window in the laundry room. When Rick saw it, he agreed and had the window remade in a different style. A rush was put on the order and the window was delivered in days.
I would highly recommend Clera Windows ( Rick, Mark and Chase) to anyone considering window replacement. The service was outstanding!

Chris LaRoche and his installer Avni put a new door and 7 windows in my house and did such a good job I recommended they put windows and a doors in my daughters house and my girlfriends apartment and my girlfriends sisters house and they are all thrilled with the job done and the service provided and especially the cost. Two of them are having more work done.
