From the start Jerry treated us with respect, in order to accommodate our changing ideas he visited us 3 times. Our job was completed a month ahead of schedule.

Jim and his crew were organized, professional and complete our job like it was their own home. First time we have had a crew vacuum up after themselves

We will recommend every and his staff to everyone
Only being able to give 10/10 doesnt seem enough

Ryan, Kyle and Keian are a great crew. Efficient, knowledgeable and fun. Ryan returned to do a fine tune on a door which now works beautifully - thank-you. James communicated with us, keeping us informed of delays/arrival time and answered our incessant questions.

Fidel and his team installed our new front door and windows. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Our driveway was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!

Window Replacement Parts

After 8 years, a couple of small parts failed for our bedroom windows. To my surprise, Rita at Clera's headquarters, was gracious enough to ship these parts to me at no charge. I was blown away by how Clera treat their past customers. In this competitive market, loyalty still means something!

Basement Windows

This is the second time we have used Clera. This time, they replaced 5 large windows in our basement. Great explanation provided at time of quote and measuring regarding the best type/way to replace the old windows. Windows were manufactured within predicted timeframe. Installers were good communicators, skilled, and left all areas tidy.

Second time using Clera

Pelham

This is the second time we have used Clera. James came to give me a price and was super friendly with my two dogs who were jumping all over him.
Install date was longer than I thought it would be, but we were kept in the loop of when the window was being made and delivered.

Install was quick and easy, David cleaned the garden and took extra time to make sure nothing could hurt my dogs feet.
