Clera Windows + Doors

From my initial first meeting with Roddy which was no pressure, gave me options to consider, i was impressed with Clera. On the day of installation the two men who arrived were pleasant, professional and respectful. The post job cleanup both inside and out was perfect. Love my new bow window. Highly recommend this company.

Our last major window replacement we chose Clera windows. I looked at several styles and had competitive quotes. We selected Clera as our window supplier and installer. It was important to us to have the supplier and installer both inhouse. Its been 6 years and the windows look great and function like new. The installation was top notch, our installer was courteous, responsive and cleaned-up at the end of the installation. Recently we replaced several more windows again going with the Clera, the quality of the product and service was excellent. I credit this to Raj our sales expert and Misha our installation expert, both were excellent to work with and they treat you exceptionally well....despite all my questions. I recommend Clera as a manufacture and installer, they're a great team to work with, you will not be disappointed!

Our house is was built in the early nineties and was need of new windows. After getting several quotes from popular GTA window companies we felt discouraged by the price and type of window. All of the quotes were out of our price range. What was more disappointing was that they were only going to install sliders for these high prices. Some werent even Energy Star!!! A friend recommended that I try Clera windows and doors. My wife and I are super happy that we called them up for a quote as they were able to stay within our budget and install beautiful windows with crank handles. They are as smooth as butter to open up , close and lock. Everything is customized and built right at their factory. this helped to keep the price down. We definitely recommend Clera Windows and Doors for anyone looking for great value, edit and energy star windows.

We had Clara windows installed 1.5 years ago. We noticed recently that one of the windows had broken glass. We did not break it and it appears it might be from frame pressure. (My guess as there was no impact to the glass) I called Rita at customer service and she said glass is not covered under the warranty but she agreed to have it replaced at no charge as I thought it might be an installation issue. Rita was very professional and helpful. Our experience with Clara throughout has been very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them

Graham, our installer was personable and focused on the work. The new windows were professionally trimmed out and fit beautifully. We even notice that early bird chirping is hardly heard in the bedroom! Great windows, great installation! Highly recommend Clera Windows.

First off I would say that our sales rep and installer were wonderful to work with. We were guided every step of the way to choose the best options to serve our needs and the install happened when promised and was done exceptionally well - clean and precise work with no mess left behind. That is the good part of the experience.

Not sure if we got a bad batch of product but we have had numerous issues with the hardware since. Mechanisms coming out of their tracks when opening, locks breaking and numerous cranks breaking. In fact, we just recently had crank break and another starting to fail. I really want to give this product a ten but cant because of the constant breakdowns with the hardware. Without that, really happy with the product.
