From sales to install great service. Very happy with quality of window and professional installation. Previously purchased 10' front window and sliding glass patio door from Clera and would highly recommend them

We had Clera replace our windows in 2015 and were completely satisfied. This spring one of the window cranks wore out, not surprising since it takes most of the wear and tear of opening/closing. We contacted Clera and after answering a few questions and providing a photo of the part that needed replacing they shipped it right away. Couldn't be happier with the prompt response and excellent customer service! Thank you

I had received quotes from several window companies and Kyle at Clera seemed the most straightforward with no smokescreens. He was direct, honest, and realistic in providing me a quote as well as what to expect. The installer, Fidel, and his crew were professional, punctual, and considerate and they took their time to do an excellent job of installing windows, frame to frame, that were poorly done originally. All in all a great experience and I would recommend Clera to anyone looking for a no hidden agendas company.

We had a rep out in February and decided to purchase our windows from Clera. We were surprised at the length of time it took to manufacture our windows (the rep confirmed they were ready in June). A day before our scheduled installation date, the installer had a death in the family and the date for installation was cancelled. The installer is now off work due to an injury. I have heard from the salesman sporadically, and only when I follow up with him regarding a new installation date. We went with Clera because they are a large company and you would think they would use installers from another branch to fulfill the customers orders but this doesn't seem to be the case. Unfortunately we cannot get a straight answer as to when we will have our windows installed. Frustrating is an understatement. It will be six months since I ordered and paid my deposit and still no windows or date for installation. I will call head office next week to see if I can get somewhere with them. Unfortunately I would not recommend Clera for anything.

Based on a lot of research and my recent purchase and installation of three double casement windows, Clera Windows and Doors is your best option. The sales process was easy with no pressure. Gihan, my sales rep answered my questions and gave me the confidence I was making the right decision. After my purchase, I became worried about the installation as I upgraded the window trim to include Flat Trim and Window Stoll. Not to worry, Fidel, (I ask for their best installer) and his team did a great job from start to finish. The windows look great. Each room appears to be larger, the slim profile allows more light to enter room. We now get to enjoy the new look and we are considering replacing other windows.

Where to start. We obviously were happy about the price and the salesman, Anthony going on about rebates. Not that he provided any instruction on how the rebates work. We replaced our air conditioner, water heater and furnace some years back and the vendor gave us explicit instructions and a package on how to apply for a rebate. Rebate inspection is to be done by authorized contractors of Enbridge. Because this was not done or advised on....I am out more than $1,000.00 in rebates....thanks to the "knowledge" of the salesperson. I had to call the installer to ask if he was coming in on the prescribed day and he gave me some story about a family emergency. When they did come it took 4 guys an entire day to install 5 windows and let me tell you the mess they made. I mean if the head installer, Russell, didn't stay on the phone on personal calls for the bulk of the time they were here it would have been done quicker. They installed 3 1/4" trim around the windows so that they would hide any damage they might do while removing the existing trim. Well that didn't help. I am not forced to re-paint all of our bedrooms because they actually tore off more layers of drywall around the windows and the new trim doesn't cover it. I would not recommend these people to have your windows or anything else for that matter.

This was our first time buying windows. We had a few different companies but we went with Clera as it was a breeze right from the start. From the salesman giving his honest opinion, the people when you call the office-very friendly and right to the installers.. Everyone was great! Thanks Clera!

James and his team weee amazing! He was so easy to deal with, gave us great advice and guided us through the whole process in such a friendly manner. The cost and work done were excellent. I cant say enough about our experience!

Rita was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive from the beginning when i initially called and always kept me in the loop. She took care of my damaged door screen and i really appreciated that.
