Clera Windows + Doors

We would highly recommend Clera Windows to anyone. We are absolutely in love with our new windows (you know you're getting old when you get excited about windows lol). Alan was very professional and super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with our window choices. Chase and his crew were amazing! They were fantastic with the install and the clean up. These windows are a HUGE upgrade from our builder windows. They are superb quality. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again Clera Windows!

A huge shout out to Rita! She exemplifies the term "customer service". We had purchased 6-7 windows through Clera back in April 2014. We recently experienced some hardware issues that required replacing. When I reached out to Clera I was blessed to be connected with Rita. She confirmed a few details and had the part sent via Canada post. Unfortunately the part was the incorrect size. I contacted Rita who apologized for the error and immediately sent the correct size part. Hooray! The reason I've posted this review was to highlight that there are still a few businesses that look after you even almost 10 years later.

We replaced all main and second floor windows along with our patio door. Super satisfied with the customer service and products. Alan is friendly and professional and walked us through every step from the quote to the post-installation walk through. Chase and the installation team did a great job and took care of the house and surrounding property where they worked. Everything looks great and Im very impressed with how it all turned out. I would definitely recommend this team!

Jonathan completed all the windows at my house in Windsor, ON and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. We thought the pricing was fair compared to competition and the windows came out beautifully. He always answered his phone and was very responsive with texting and emailing us updates on the timeline. The windows were also completed on time according to the timeline he gave us on the initial quote

I bought my windosws from them 15 years ago, they still work great, but a few windows, some of the weather stripping is coming off. I contact them and after a few emails, they sent me some weather stripping, very nice of them to do that.

From the moment I requested a quote to the day the windows were installed, I found the staff very helpful, especially Adam. He answered all my questions, was willing to work within our budget and provided us with some very workable options. The windows look amazing and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company and Adam to anyone who needs new windows.

Amazing service by Dan and Carl! We have abnormal sized windows and the guys came out, looked at it and gave me options on what would fit and meat my needs. Delivery Time was well ahead of what was promised and they came, installed and cleaned up everything greatly !! Very happy with the service and the windows, thank you :) !!

When I first purchased my home in Bowmanville, I needed a couple of windows replaced on the 1st floor of my raised bungalow. Alan came and provided me a quote, and later had his team come back and complete the work on the window replacements.
