Great in the beginning, responsive before they get the sale. After the sale and after the installation it is impossible to get a hold of a sales rep. Measured improperly for a custom door. It is significantly shorter than the original door. Disappointed with the size after spending over 4 grand on a CUSTOM door. No resolution as the company will not return our calls or emails.
Installers were great. Product is good. Customer service is awful.
