We had a rep out in February and decided to purchase our windows from Clera. We were surprised at the length of time it took to manufacture our windows (the rep confirmed they were ready in June). A day before our scheduled installation date, the installer had a death in the family and the date for installation was cancelled. The installer is now off work due to an injury. I have heard from the salesman sporadically, and only when I follow up with him regarding a new installation date. We went with Clera because they are a large company and you would think they would use installers from another branch to fulfill the customers orders but this doesn't seem to be the case. Unfortunately we cannot get a straight answer as to when we will have our windows installed. Frustrating is an understatement. It will be six months since I ordered and paid my deposit and still no windows or date for installation. I will call head office next week to see if I can get somewhere with them. Unfortunately I would not recommend Clera for anything.
