We were very pleased with workmanship and salesperson who sold and who installed us the windows. Excellent work, they came on time and finished on time, no mess and nothing is wrong with windows. We used them in our previous house 10 years ago and used them again now, We strongly recommend WS First Choice Windows and Doors.

Purchased windows for my home, window lock broke, have been chasing First choice for over a year, to fix the lock or replace window
all I get is go to home depot and buy a new lock.(home depot does not carry it and never did)Went through the BBB, all got was lip service from the owner Alex, saying they would be around to fix it, never did fix it! I would recommed to stay away from these clowns, they do not warranty their products even though they say so! A picture of my house is on their brochure!
Next step is small claims court.

I had all the windows changed in my house with First Choice after they changed all the windows in my uncles house.

The windows look really nice and were installed well (No leaks, gaps) in my place, however a few of the windows in my uncles place did leak as they were not caulked on the outside.

I found the salesman who came to my place quite pushy but decided to go with them cuz they were resonably priced had worked on my uncles place (this was before the leak)

Combining the pushyness from my experience and the leaky windows from my uncles place, i dont think i'd use them again.

Good product, Great installation. Contractor split the job in two seasons to assist in my financial restrictions. Secone phase of the project installer installed the wrong style windows when I was unable to attend the install. After three discussions the contractor agreed to reinstall the correct windows as per the contract. They fixed the problem with in two days. I was impressed with the install and the timelines. The only bad comment was the contractor left bits of debris in the outside gardens.
