Europa Moving & Storage

I had been told to expect the movers between 8am and 9am. Ted, Nate, and Paul arrived at 8:30am on the date of the move. They all introduced themselves, asked for a walkthrough to see what was being moved, and then immediately got to work. They wrapped each piece of wood furniture in thick quilted cloth, used thick plastic wrap for the mattress, put together wardrobe boxes for ease of moving hanging closet items, and carried boxes out of the house with amazing speed.
I was asked to do a final walkthrough prior to the ramp removed and doors closed on the moving van. There were no outstanding issues so they confirmed the new address and said they would meet me there soon.
The unloading was completed as efficiently as the loading. Furniture that had been dismantled by the movers at our previous home was put back together quickly in the new space. A sofa needed to be moved in via a window when it became obvious that it was not going to make it around a corner on the stairs. Ted and Nate quickly assessed the situation and made a plan (while Paul continued putting furniture back together). When the window had been removed, Paul immediately left what he was doing to help get the sofa into the house and then went back to putting furniture together.
Ted, Paul, and Nate each treated my possessions with care and they asked questions when in doubt about anything. They worked extremely well together and carried themselves with positive, friendly attitudes.
Moving is stressful but this group made the move as easy as it could have possibly been. I highly recommend Europa Moving & Trucking.

The three men that showed up to move us were incredibly polite, they wrapped our couch to protect it and well the only thing that can be said about this company is WOW they were great. They were fast, careful, they treated our stuff as if it was their own. I called a dozen or so movers and these guys were priced in the middle and worth every penny. After all the boxes and furniture was in the house they asked if we needed anything moved around to different locations not in a way to add extra time but to make sure we where happy.
If and when I need to move I will call Europa Movers again and recommend them to all my friends and family or even strangers.

Everything involved with the move, from initial contact with the company, scheduling the actual move, the crew's arrival at the apartment, packing the truck, and our arrival at the new house, went seamlessly. The crew was professional, polite, and efficient throughout. All of my belongings arrived at the house undamaged and nothing was lost. They arrived at the apartment when they said they would and they got to the new house faster than I did. They unloaded the truck quickly, making sure to ask over and over where I wanted things.
The price was a bit more than I would have paid with other companies, but Euorpa guys made the process so painless it was worth every penny.

Excellent!!! I would highly recommend Europa Moving. The young men that came to move all of my items worked very hard and were very efficient. They even looked over everything that was being moved to determine the best way to load the truck. Unfortunately ,it was the first day of rain in weeks, but they continued to work in the rain with no complaints. They even rolled out the "red carpet" to keep from walking on my new wood floors. It was a great experience, the move was done quickly and came in under the estimate.

These guys are MONSTER movers! I have never seen stronger, more efficient workers in this line of work. The arrival was on time, the crew were pleasant and accomodating, and they got right to work. We ran into a snag where not everything would fit on the truck and they resolved it quickly - ordering another truck to come and pick up our stuff at no charge for the second vehicle. They secured all of our items on the truck and then delivered on time 2 hours later, unloading heavy machinery, huge boxes of books, and all household items with good cheer and exceptional coordination. These guys were absolutely awesome!!!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The owner, Andrey, responded to our phone call promptly and scheduled the local pickup within a couple of days-in fact on a holiday weekend! He and two workers arrived on time and the choreography began. They were polished, professional, and friendly. They worked quickly and steadily while cheerfully answering all the questions we peppered them with. They were knowledgible about the maker of our piano and shared information about the company and it's history. As they dismantled the piano, each part was carefully wrapped for storage and transport. It was all over in under an hour and we are still telling people about the experience. The piano was held in storage in Etobicoke until they had a shipment south and it was only a couple of weeks before we got the call that it was on it's way. The Boston owner had the exact experience in reverse as they unpacked and assembled the piano. She was playing it before they were out of the drive! It was truly worth every penny and we can't say enough about this terrific company. We would trust Europa Moving with packing and transporting anything.

As an executor faced with valuable chattel distribution to out of town recipients, I called Europa for a quote. Andrey answered immediately and followed up with a reasonable quote and promise to deliver. The Europa team ( Adam and Jay ) arrived on time and executed the entire move in less than estimated time without a scratch, and called me to report job completed. I am a repeat customer and will be using Europa again for no stress moving.

The initial estimate was exact within 1/2 hour -- the only realistic, "all in" cost estimate I received. They accepted my credit card for the entire cost --no cash involved, and no surprises. The job was slightly less than the estimated cost in spite of construction vehicles blocking access to my apartment, and 3 stories down and 3 stories up stairs to unload.
The morning of the move, I was close to panic, because my packing was not finished. The crew arrived and the crew leader calmed me down, and told me to relax in such a way that I actually did. They took it from there. It was a pleasure to work with Europa. I was also impressed by the mutual consideration they showed for each other in dividing up the heavy work. It was a hot day, but their good nature was unfailing.

I emailed multiple movers and Europa, by far, was the most responsive and had the best customer service. They came out and scoped the work and showed up with the appropriate crew.The movers were outstanding. Very hard working, careful, attentive, and great guys. Could not have asked for more.
This company works like a well-oiled machine and you will not be disappointed. Dont settle for expensive national companies or super-cheap options. Moving is tough and stressful! These guys will make it as easy as it can possibly be. I know exactly who I'm calling for my next move.

Europa is very "rare" in the moving business. We had a crew of 4 show up 15 mins early, with two trucks and ready to roll. They hustled harder to get everything done quickly, with care, and effectively. We had an overnight hold then delivery the next day. Same thing, early, effective, and hustled extremely hard. The hourly rate was the same as any other quality moving company. Because the crew was so incredible and because of their ability to hustle, they ended up saving me over $1000 off the original estimated price. I agreed to the estimate, they get paid by the hour, they worked hard to essentially make less money. I asked the crew chief why? "Because we believe in running an honest business." If I could invest in Europa Moving, I would. They have built a culture where their people are respectful, diligent, and focused. I tipped everyone well as they deserved and I still ended up saving hundreds because of their effort. I'm hoping this is our last move for a long time. My only disappointment is that I didn't know about Europa on my many moves prior to this one.
