Hired this company to move to our new home this past weekend. These are the best movers I have ever dealt with. Professional, reliable, careful and fast !! I am very satisfied with the service they have provided. A big Thank You to the crew that moved us: Andre, Scott and Dev. We will be definitely recommending Europa to my family and friends.

Everyone at Europa was polite and courteous. Scheduling the move with Andrey was a painless experience and he was very accommodating when I kept changing our move-in date. The men who came to do the move were great, took care of our belongings and I could not expect more. I especially appreciated that they spoke English which mad for easy communication. As a woman, I was very comfortable (other women will understand this) with these movers and I would definitely use them again in the future. The higher cost of service is because of the delayed move-in date. They work on an hourly basis and they also have to account for not only the time to pack and move us out, but also to unload the items into their warehouse, load back onto their truck and then deliver.

Moving without professional movers is like running a marathon without
training. It also Saves you the headache of asking friends or family
that you want to keep as friends and family.
We've used Europa twice now to move from Burlington to Maple. They were awesome in every way. we considered other cheaper
companies for our second move but wanted reliable, professional
movers that were careful with our stuff.
It was easy to schedule, they were prompt, on-time and started right
away. They even put runners on the floors, and padded the staircase and
doors. We were worried about some of the more heavy and expensive items
but they really made it look easy. They were very quick, careful and
smooth. They had great attitudes and were very friendly. Totally worth
the money! I will tell all my friends and family to use Europa Moving
& Storage.

I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the young men who did the moving. They were very careful to put down protection on the walking lanes to keep the still fragile refinishing from being marred. They worked steadily but never hurriedly and were patient when I changed the instructions I had given them. They arrived at the precise minute agreed upon. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who asked.

Once again Europa delivered in a big way. They loaded and packed 4 storage buildings into 2 trucks and completed the entire move in one day. The workers were great, especially Andrey who maintained a very positive attitude the entire day despite a very grueling move. Another worker had a broken finger from a previous move but still worked hard the entire day. Excellent service once again for our 3rd move with them. 10 Stars

The gentleman that came over to assess the cost of the move was friendly and thorough in his assessment. They responded to any questions that I had rapidly. They delivered the boxes as needed. The movers arrived on time. They moved all of my belongings and nothing was damaged in the move. They did not take any breaks. They were focused and friendly. They really needed little guidance. They were very independent. They gave me two estimates. One was if I did not do the packing, the charge would be for 9 to 11 hours and the second was if I did the packing, the charge would be for 7 to 9 hours. I had packed absolutely everything so they charged me for 7 to 9 hours. So, I ended up saving some money. Thank you Europa for your great services.

We had an excellent moving experience with this company a year ago, but I am writing now about our storage experience with them. We are currently in an apartment while we still look for our new home, so most of the furniture and household items we had from our move have been stored at Europa for the past year. We started with 8 storage containers (each one the size of a small room). In our effort to downsize, I've had to go to Europa a few times to access these containers. There is a fee each time, but they do everything possible to make this an easy chore. Each time I reserve a time to be there, the containers have already been brought to a convenient location, opened, and I am provided with two helpers who will do whatever is necessary , including removing boxes/furniture from the container, opening/resealing boxes so I can identify contents, loading my car, etc. Their focus is time efficiency and organization, as I am usually there for a couple of hours. The people I have dealt with, Andrey, Rob in the office, and a couple of others who have helped with containers whose names I unfortunately do not know, make this task a completely positive experience.

First long distance move ( from Hamilton to Maple ) and I had never used a moving company in my life, so was worried about what might go wrong and about finding a good company to use moving my three bedroom apartment. Because of the reviews I choose Europa Movers. This company is phenomenal. Courteous, professional, thoughtful, attentive, as the price was very reasonable. They helped set my mind at ease throughout the whole process, especially by keeping me in the loop with regular updates wile my things were in transit. If I ever have to move again ( fingers crossed I don't ) I will use them again, and I recommended anyone reading this uses them as well.

The best word to describe this company is Excellent! I heard of Europa Moving & Storage through a business network and one of the best referrals I've ever received. Moving is "nerve racking" and I was very concerned about my expensive photography equipment. I also had several expensive paintings, music equipment and furniture that I did not want damaged. My worries were soon relieved after my discussion with the sales rep in the office. They made me feel comfortable and had a solution for all my concerns. The movers arrived early, in uniform and ready to go! I knew right off that they knew what they were doing and quickly got to work. They carefully packed all of my photography equipment in large boxes with extra cushion paper. They wrapped my furniture in thick blankets and used plastic coverings on my mattresses and sofas. They were done loading by noon and I could not have been more impressed.
When they arrived at my new house, they put down carpet coverings and protected my home, doors and stairs. I've had movers before and never experiences the care and speed like I did with Europa Moving & Storage. They put together all my beds, glass mirrors and table tops. There wasn't a scratch, dent or bruise anywhere. I could not have been happier and the price was well worth it! I will refer Europa Moving & Storage to all my business colleagues and friends. I hired Europa Movers to move my dad out of his office into their home. They moved a desk, credenza, a couple of file cabinets and many boxes. Europa had excellent reviews on Homestars and was also able to accommodate us on a tight schedule. They were excellent to work with from the first phone call through the end of the move. Andrey and Rudy showed up right on time (after calling when on their way) and were extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. They looked everything over and got to work. They cautioned us that the desk might be too wide to get through the house doorway, but fortunately it did. They got everything moved in record time and everything had cost us just $700 What an awesome deal! I would definitely hire them again without a 2nd thought!
