Everything was defective. Bed pieces were damaged. Dresser was damaged. I had asked for a replacement and was shipped a month later. The dresser was still defective and required replacement again. Customer service was terrible. I live in Toronto and purchased the items from the Burlington store. Due to location, EQ3 burlington would ship the item to Toronto and then ship it to me. There was no communication between the two stores. Each store would blame each other. Warehouse customer service was also terrible. The shipper/receiver was rude and did not know that I was coming to pick up my item. Overall very bad experience. Don't buy from EQ3!
