When we initially started to look for a suitable contractor for this project, we were unfamiliar with what to look for. As we made contact with several companies, we then had a better understanding of what each company had to offer and the process of the project we were about to undertake. After several quotes from various companies, we finally came across Elite. We initially spoke to Raffy and made an appointment for him to visit us and provide a quote.

Upon further review of all the quotes submitted, we found that your quote was very well detailed. To our surprise, one day Raffy called and said he was following up on his submission and to find out if we had made a decision on a contractor for the project. We were very impressed that he called and without further haste, we elected your company to start the work the following week.

The staff of Elite were extremely cooperative, including Marcelo, who demonstrated his professionalism in every respect during this project. The team provided customer care every step of the way and performed the job efficiently and professionally. A quality job resulted and they were a pleasure to deal with.

If someone asks me for one word to describe Elite Designed Concrete – WOW!
It has taken me longer then anticipated to describe how happy we are by the work they completed for us this spring. In today’s marketplace it is extremely reassuring that a company like Elite exists.
Their soft natured approach during the estimation phase, timely starts in the morning and excellent on-site staff was nothing short of refreshing. As owners of a new home, with frequent interaction to various contractors; we have been disappointed more then once by other contractor’s quality of work and professionalism.
