Bought 2 heater fans and next day another major distributor had the same product on sale for 20% less. Contacted Dyson customer service and, after an extended process, was informed that this qualified for price match and I should see refund on credit card within 12-14 days. After 2 weeks I got back on chat and, again after a long wait, was confirmed that refund was pending and I would hear from them within 24-48 hours. After 3 days I got on chat again and, after over an hour waiting and back and forth, was finally told that they had decided that this did not qualify for a refund. Of course sale at other company is long over. If you like Dyson products, do not buy directly from the company. They do not honour their price match policy.
