Duralock Interlocking

We had Duralock quote us on redoing our driveway and walkway to our backyard. They also redid our front entrance where it used to have steps going from our driveway we now have new steps going from the front. We also decided last minute to extend the interlock in the backyard and they accommidated our request with new problems. They took approx 3 1/2 days to complete this project. The job was done quickly and the crew always cleaned up after themselves. They even put down new soil on our neighbours lawn where some of the gravel had been dumped. The result was beautiful! Our neighbours can't beleive have fast and professional they were. i would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Will use them again in the futre with no hesitations.

Several years ago Dura-Lock completed the patio of our first home. We were extremely satisfied with the final result and my husband and I hired them again.

We now needed to complete our front patio, stairs, walkway and back patio of our new dream home.

My husband can be extremely difficult to deal with and the patients shown by the sales rep Matthew and owner Tony was extraordinary. From start to finish the example Tony set for his crew of taking pride in their hard work and treating my house as if it were their own was refreshing to see; it is no surprise why Dura-Lock is number one year in and out.

The end result by far exceeded our expectations and the patio really enhanced the appeal of our home. We have received numerous compliments from the neighbours and I have confidently referred their services to a number of people. We are very excited to finally enjoy our patio this summer as it has been transformed into an outdoor oasis.

We had Duralock install a stone patio in our backyard the middle of May 2012. From the initial contact to the final completion of the project, we found Tony and the Duralock team to be very professional. Tony (sales) informed us of the scheduled start date in advance and offered their advise on design and selections. The team showed up on time and were very focused on getting the job done. Even with rain delays, they were able to complete the project in three days. They were also great at moving our gazebo and putting it back on the patio, taking out some trees and bushes and in complying with our requests. After the job was completed, we requested Duralock to make certain corrections that were missed (cracked stones and some levelling issues) and they were very accomodating and completed the corrections in a couple of weeks. Tony (owner) even personally came by to apologize when they had to reschedule the corrections work due to some conflicts which was very unexpected but much appreciated. Overall, we are very satisfied with our patio and would highy recommend DuraLock to anyone considering any interlocking work.

We recently had a patio and garden wall put in by Duralock. This was the third project we had Duralock complete. We had them do our front porch, stairs and walkway down the one side of the house three years ago. Two years ago, they were back on our street and we had them do the walkway on the other side of the house with a small garden and tree rings. When we decided to add a patio, we called them again because the work they do is fantastic. The workers are very thorough, professional, and polite. Tony and his cousin can design just about anything and we gave them a rough idea of what our garden wall should look like and they executed it perfectly. Any changes we asked for as the project was being worked on was not an issue. They are easy to work with and provide excellent service.

This started off as a DIY project, but after 3 years, we thought it was time to get this done professionally! We actually contracted them the same day our neighbor was getting theirs done. Tony, the salesman, showed us a project which they have done recently on the same street as ours, and we really liked the work and decided to go with them. Amazing job by Paul and Peter's team. They finished our project plus our neighbors in just two days! Very happy with the look and quality of work that was put in. Definitely recommend this company!

Finished product looked great! The whole job only took 1 day which really pleased me. Workers were very efficient. The site was cleaned up really well after the job was done.

The end result was a bit different then our original plan. Once the workers were on site they realized our initial plan wouldn't be possible. However, the final result looks great.

Duralock did the interlocking job about 3 years ago and it still looks fantastic! It was beyond our expectations! We still get many compliments to this day. Paul did the minor repairs this spring as needed and applied the sealant to bring back the shine. It looks fanstastic! My family and I had been considering interlock, stamped or aggregate concrete for the frontage of our home and driveway. We had several companies come out to quote the project, many of which had not returned my calls after they quoted. The Duralock team quoted and completed the job I was looking for to the exact detail. I met with Tony on a Tuesday at which time he provided me a detailed quote, answered my questions, and provided samples of the stone I would eventually choose. He showed me examples of his work and provided reference jobs in my area that Duralock had performed. He also directed me to Homestars to look at the reviews for Duralock. Comparing price, quality of work and most importantly, the timing of Duralocks ability to start and complete the job, I chose Duralock with the utmost confidence. The job was not only completed in two days, it was started and completed within a week of the moment of the quote and only extended because of a long weekend holiday. In reality, the job was completed within 4 days of me receiving the quote. This is not to say that Duralock could perform this speedily for all customers, but they did for me without being asked. The speed of the job did also not negatively affect the quality, but rather demonstrates the efficiency of their workers. What impressed me the most was the job was done well. A very solid and deep base for the driveway and steps was laid, the pattern and stone exactly what I desired, and attention to the smallest of detail. When I had a question, Duralocks repeated saying to me was 'No we do that for you". From the clean up, to the laying of soil and grass seed, to the timely execution of the project, Duralock is highly recommended. Several dozen neighbors have stopped and commented on the project, asked for the company who did the work, and have inquired on cost. This project was well worth the very competative price, and Duralocks quality and professionalism made the decision to use them very easy for me. I strongly recommend Duralock!
