The Duggan's were recommend by a friend. They provided a detailed quote and fully explained the work required. They showed up when they said they would and stayed on site until they were finished. Mitch updated me each day as to the progress and what still needed to be done. They left the site very clean and organized. The crew was excellent and always friendly. Thank-you!

In August 2007, I noticed that water was coming into my crawl space; I knew that something had to be done. I called a few places to get quotes. Although the first place was cheaper, I liked & believed in the process Duggan's used. They excavated & waterproofed the front & 2 sides of my home. This included cutting and digging out a large concrete stoop. They were fantastic to deal with, punctual, stayed within the budget, quick & professional. Each and every one of the staff was wonderful and pleasant. I would recommend them to everyone. I purposely waited until after the spring to see if there would be any leaks. No leaks at all & no dampness. No wonder they provide warranties for their work! They know that they can guarantee a great job! Call them and you won't be disappointed.

I called several companies and most of them were very overpriced, and did not explain the process. Some even accepted the job but did not give me a written estimate and did not return my calls. Brad returned my call and when he made an appointment he kept it and explained the whole process and the workers showed up when he said they would and the job was done as per the estimate. I am very happy with the way in which he handled this problem.

We had tried 3 other contractors prior horror stories, Brad came in took over was professional, did what he said he would, ran into obstacles but finished with a fantastic job. Top notch.

Brad is fantastic. Yes, hard to get a hold of but in a way, that's a good sign. He is a trustworthy, nice, pleasant man and does a great job. Keep trying to get him on the phone, it is so worth it.

We had to be patient for them to respond our phone inquiry. They were simply very busy in the summer of 2006. However, the estimate was very reasonable (less than others we checked) and the work started on time. The workers showed up everyday even on a hot-humid summer day. We appreciate Brad's leadership and their hard work. Our basement is leak-free.

Duggan's responded promptly to our telephone call, even the day after a big rain. They were helpful and quoted carefully, and came in somewhat below the quote. They arrived when they said they would and stayed on site until they finished. They were extremely careful with our garden and stone walls, restoring to their original appearance at the end. The water leakage has vanished, and my inspection of their work indicated careful attention to all details. The crew was excellent and always friendly, and Brad Duggan led by example, being very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service- excellent quality work, basement walls were leaky and Brad Duggan identified the problem and addressed the repair work needed with a through explanation. Work was done in a very timely basis and was cleaned up like new. Highly recommend!!
