Drain Works Plumbing

Suffered a drain line clog and after Drain Works was called, a quick assessment and investigation was made and identified the culprit...roots.
The section of pipe was replaced and cleanouts added to assist in future problems, should there be any without disrupting the finished basement.
Couldn't be happier and at every step questions were answered. Top notch service!...a rarity to find these days

Chris and his partner (Yvan I believe) from DrainWorks were absolutely amazing!!!! I called DrainWorks because I wanted a reputable and licensed plumber to handle leaking issues in the kitchen.

They arrived on time, were very professional (wore shoe booties inside the home - photo attached) and are VERY knowledgeable.

They ran tests with me watching, showed me where the leak was coming from, and offered to replace the old brass pipes with the newest standard on the spot. He told me the price, how long it'll take and he has all the gear in the truck ready to go to fix it - No 2nd visit needed!!!

After replacing the old brass with the new stuff, he ran several tests again and boom, no leak. They even cleaned up afterwards, no water and no sawed off piping left. It was all cleaned up by them.

I'd give them 6 out 5 stars if I could. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a proper plumbing service! A++ DrainWorks. Will 100% hire again and refer to friends/family.

Armando and his assistant disconnected and reinstalled our outdated vanity. The existing plumbing was unusual. Not a problem as they came up with a less complicated solution. They also fixed a broken shower lever, and changed a leaky shut off valve while they were here.
We were very happy with our service, and the work that was completed.

Armando and his team did a spectacular job. We had emergency sewage backup in our newly renovated basement &the team worked very efficiently in assessing the repairs/replacements needed and completed the huge job (replaced all of the sewage pipes inside and outside of our large home) in about a week. Left the inside and outside of the house very clean. Staff were professional and very hard working. The scheduler - JP, always called the day ahead to let us know when the staff would be arriving. Overall, very positive and professional service. Price seemed reasonable for the large plumbing job completed. We highly recommend Drainworks. Thanks again!

JP was excellent in both cleaning up a mess a previous company left and creating a solid plumbing infrastructure under my kitchen sink. He was on time, worked diligently and was very skilled and professional. I would not hesitate to call him for any other jobs, small or large.

Was supposed to be a simple install of a new toe tester in the tub but the specialist, installed a new pipe, re-affixed and bolted in other fixtures as well - all for the same price. He was quick and did a very good job.

Had a Sudden leak in ceiling behind drywall which caused a headache (obvious damage to walls and ceiling) . I registered the project on homestars. JP called and immediately I knew Fast, efficient, clean and fixed properly - was going to be the way this got dealt with. I wasnt wrong. Absolutely great service. Chris came and put his expertise to use solving the immediate issue and also switched out some other parts to prevent issues moving forward - excellent suggestion and very much appreciated. You wont be disappointed with this firm - highly recommend.

Professional, informative and timely service done cleanly. I needed urgent replacement of my home's water service line because the 90-year-old pipe sprang a leak and was threatening to burst in my basement. My sewer drainpipe was also in bad shape. I had no time to mess around. I called my friend's plumber who knew guys and I also called Drain Works who'd impressed me several years ago.

First guys: cheaper quote, but verbal quote only, poor communication, unclear they were insured or pulling the required permit, no explanations, seemed as if they would just show up and wing it and hope for the best.

Drain Works: more expensive quote, but on-site assessment, written quote, guaranteed price, proper permits, checked before they dug, double-checked the property line location, coached me on managing the City, made sure in advance that the City's turn-off worked, fully insured, fully explained the options and risks, answered all my questions, guaranteed their work in writing, even gave me a freebie tip that saved me money with the City.

If I'd had time to keep searching for more quotes, maybe I would have found another acceptable firm that was cheaper.

But it was clear to me that I could work with Drain Works easily and be confident this major home infrastructure job would get done right and fast. They came when they said they would, worked hard, finished on time and left my place so tidy.

So, lots of praise and no regrets about taking the higher quote.

And part of me suspects that if I'd gone with the "cheaper" first guys, I'd still have an open hole in my front yard or a supply line that didn't meet City standards, or have paid several thousand dollars more due to unexpected problems, with no recourse.

Drainworks responded to my request for quotes first and we arranged a time to see what the problems were. I was very happy with the professional manner Chris completed all the tasks. My home was left spotlessly clean and it was a pleasure to work with Drainworks. I will absolutely use them again.

Chris fixed a pipe that was leaking from the second floor onto the main floor. He also upgraded the bathroom water valves, removed a leaking toilet, and replaced the main water valve in the basement. JPs advice with respect to the water main repair was perfect. Will definitely call DrainWorks in the future.
