Flood in basement

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Kitchener

Juan was the rep assigned to take a look at my flood issue. He was extremely friendly, he took his time to identify and explain the cause of problem. He also helped me clean up which was greatly appreciated. He provided exceptional customer service. Bathroom sink

Kitchen sink backup

I called the drain rescue at 10pm, there was someone to help right away. the guy was last night. Steve called me in the morning and within an hour he was knocking in my door. He explained thoroughly and did the job in professional manner. He made us so comfortable and did the best job. He was a nice person and sincere. Steve deserves 10 goldstars

Great help!!

We had a drain back up issue and these guys were the fastest to show up out of everyone we called. Respectful, wore shoe protectors to keep our home tidy and got the job done.

Great Experience, Steve was the best.
