It was such a pleasure working with Don Mills Roofing Ltd.. From the very first interaction through to the end of the project, John and his team were professional, courteous, hard working, mindful of neighbours and timing to commence and complete work and kept me involved and informed at all times. The pricing was competitive and fair. There wasn't one nail or piece of debris left anywhere in or around my house during or at the end of the project. Through business, I have dealt with numerous contractors over the past 35 years and I am pleased to say that John and his team at Don Mills Roofing Ltd., are at the very top of my list of people I would be pleased to recommend to everyone. Our entire dealings with Don Mills Roofing were excellent. We believe they gave us a very competitive price for the work, completed it in one day(they were here for seven and a half hours!) and cleaned up the site at the conclusion of the project. The work appears to be very satisfactorily executed.

I was referred to Don Mills Roofing from 2 different sources. The owner, John, is involved in both the quotation and the roofing which is important to me. The quote was very competitive. John and his team were very friendly, professional and competent. I had some tricky spots in my roof/skylights that were done incorrectly by 2 different contractors in the past and this was finally done right. The clean up after the work was thorough as well and no plants were destroyed in the removal of the tiles !

VERY careful and considerate team of workers. They finished the job quickly and came back to look over the job. My wife and I were very impressed with their desire to go do a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. There were no unnecessary components to what they did and no unpleasant surprises.

Don Mills roofing came and replaced all shingles with new shingles. They also installed new vents and replace older vents. As well as flashing around the chimney and carport.they were very efficient and cleaned up completely.

We recently had a new roof installed by Don Mills Roofing and we are extremely satisfied! John gave us an estimate within 24 hours of our call. We were unsure of the colour of roof we wanted, so he gave us a printed list with all of the roofs that he had completed in our immediate area along with the colour of the shingles on each one. It made it easy for us to look at our options after taking a quick drive around the neighbourhood! John's team arrived promptly on the day he had arranged for the work to be done. There was rain predicted for the following day and his team thought ahead and did the roof in sections so we did not have any issues with the torrential rain we had the entire day following! They arrived promptly the morning after the rain and finished the rest of the roof. They also installed all new roof vents and flanges over the breather pipes. They went above and beyond as we had mentioned the need for a new exhaust vent to be cut into our roof above our bathroom and that was done as well, at no extra charge. Moreover, they installed additional flashing by our garage (which meant having to go underneath our siding!) when they discovered this had not been done by the builders. This was also at no extra charge. Their cleanup was impeccable, as if they had never been there! We have had several rainstorms since and everything is great! We would highly recommend Don Mills Roofing. They were punctual, professional, thorough and on budget! Couldn't be happier!

Don Mills Roofing was recommended by neighbours so we contacted them. Their response was quick and detailed so it was easy to consider all our options. To be sure of our decision, other roofers were contacted but their response was delayed or the details were not as complete.The work was completed in good time and everything was cleaned up very well. We have one heavy rainfall and all is well, so we recommend their services.

Don Mills Roofing replaced my roof in a professional manner using quality materials and workmanship, and maintaining a tidy workspace. The price was reasonable for a hip-roofed house with a 1000 sq ft footprint + attached garage (see photo).

The work included removal of existing shingles, installation of ice and watershield, new roof vents, new exhaust vent, new metal roof edge around eaves, new flashings around chimney, and new IKO Marathon Dual grey shingles.John Landry and his crew were right on time, and completed the work within the time agreed. The quality of the installation is excellent, and the claunup was exceptional, wit no debris remaining. John and his entire crew are very polite and professional, and very hard working.His price was very competitive.
