Dominion Insulation Inc

This is the second time I've used Dominion as I had such a great experience I had them over to do my rental property. Since I pay the heating bills the savings on my bill would easily pay off the cost in a couple of years.
Thanks Dominion for another quick and a very effecient install.

Jamie and Brad who below the insulation in, were good. But, I paid almost double to remove the racoon feces and urine and it still smells. I feel this was not worth the $800.

After my eco-energy audit I had trouble finding a company that specializes in doing attics. Dominion was referred by a friend who has had then do his last 2 houses. I had their salesman Steve over from Dominion and he answered all my questions, even ones about bad reviews on this site, which is why I felt obligated to write in. I went with Dominion because of 2 reasons, my friends referral; and they didn't want any money down and Steve said payment is due upon completion, which to Dominion means, complete customer satisfaction, so do not pay until you are. The job went off without a hitch, I look and measured myself, 17.5", good enough to get my rebates. The auditor was around 2 days later and confirmed. Now just waiting for my money from the Eco program, wish the government was as efficient as Dominion.

Luckily we had an energy audit done. When the auditor came back to inspect the insulation we found out that we had only been given 13 inches of insulation, not the 17 inches that we had ordered and paid for. Without the inspection, we never would have known. Do not use this company.

Brian, the salesrep, was very helpful in reviewing the various insulation products available. He added additional baffles at a nominal coat and the total price was very competive. The installation was done professionally, including cleanup.

These guys were terrible. The clowns they sent to do the job promised to tarp everything, and for some reason chose not to. They ended up getting more insulation on the floors, walls and furniture than they did in the roof. Lightly trained monkeys would have done a better job. Go somewhere else.

I was given a 3-hour time-frame, however the workers only arrived a few minutes before that time ended. I was promised that it would only take about 20 minutes, but it ended up being close to an hour due to clean-up (the hose backed up insulation). The men were polite and courteous, to be sure, but I was still disatisfied with the overall service.

Great staff and prices did more than the recommended value clean and polite staff memmbers doing the job would recommend this company to others. Staff was ontime of appt no cleanup required after the work was done

They did very good and fast.Came on time. Only they had long waiting list. When we have some questions about insulation the owner came to our house by him self and told everything. Thank you very much)
