I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO PURCHASE OR RENT A WATER SOFTENER. THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2024, 11:30 AM. A ENERCARE CONSULTANT WAS TO COME AND RECOMMEND A PRODUCT BEST SUITED FOR MY HOME.
THE CONSULTANT NEVER SHOWED UP. NO CALL TO INFORM ME THAT HE IS NOT BE COMING.
I CALLED ENERCARE AT 4P.M. AFTER WAITING ALL DAY, ONLY TO BE JUMPED AROUND FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER.
FINALLY SPOKE TO A LADY THAT CONFIRMED THAT INDEED THERE WAS AN APPOINTMENT. TO MY UTTER SURPRISE, SHE CONNECTED ME DIRECTLY TO THE CONSULTANT WHO AS SUPPOSED TO COME. HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED AN ARGUMENT WITH ME AND DENIED HAVING ANY INFORMATION ON THE APPOINTMENT AND STARTED TO ARGUE WITH ME INSTEAD, AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM. I TOLD HIM THAT HE SHOULD BE DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE INTERNALLY AND NOT WITH ME IF HE DID NOT HAVE THIS BOOKED APPOINTMENT ON HIS CALENDAR. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SUBMIT A CANCELLATION NOTICE TO REFLECT AS IF I CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT.
THIS PERSON WAS RUDE, AND NOT TRUTHFUL.
ENERCARE NEEDS TO HIRE MOE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH THE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DEFINITELY ORGANIZE THEIR COMPANY TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HIRE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL STAFF DEALING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
THIS WAS A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ENERCARE CONSULTANTS TO ANYBODY.
