We hired John to waterproof a portion of a basement wall. He gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and answered all our questions, prior to, during and after the job. He cares about doing a quality job, and we were happy with the end result and the experience of dealing with him.
I felt his quotation was reasonable.

John has attended to several projects for Hunt Hill Management Inc., and he is always reliable, very very knowledgeable and takes total pride in his work. He willingly goes the extra mile every time and is congenial with neighbors while working on a project. Start time and completion times are very accurate. Although the job I needed done was fairly small, John did not hesitate to come by and inspect my basement wall. John was on time and explained to me exactly what had to be done. When he and his team arrived, they were again on time and did a great job, cleaning everything up and phoning to let me know that they were done. A few days later, he even dropped off some leftover cement paint that he had from a previous job. I will definately use John again and highly recommend him.

John and his team replaced some bricks in our doorway pillars, tuckpointed the entire house where needed and fixed the concrete at the top of our chimney. John was great to work with and explained everything in detail. He even threw in some caulking work for free and gave our 5 year old daughter a DVD movie. My wife noticed a leak around the laundry area down in our basement one morning. We inspected the walls and realized that major work need to be done. We’ve always wanted a finished basement anyway, but didn’t have it in our budget to tackle such a project. When we were curious to see how much basement renovations went for, it wasn’t the prices directly that deterred us from going through with the project. Frankly, we didn’t like the contractors that inspected and quoted our potential basement project. Our solid brick house is more than 70 years old, it definately needs 'Tuck Pointing' to fill up all the cracks & holes through out the whole house before this winter. We are so lucky to find 'Dilullo Restoration' from the Yellow Page. John is so knowlegable and patiently answered all my questions before gave me a very resonable quote in writing, he even didn't take any deposit before the job.

Newly married, we moved into this gorgeous old house that definitely needed brick work done. Knowing nothing about this type of restorative work, I was weary about how I would be treated and afraid I would be taken advantage of. I called a couple of places, but I have to say John really gave me confidence in the work that needed to be done. He investigated what needed to be done with my bricks and explained everything I needed to know. He answered my questions thoroughly and honestly took the time to inform me of the type of work it was about to be. I couldn’t believe this service! The estimate was far more reasonable in comparison to others, on top of that he took his time to match the bricks perfectly and you couldn’t even tell where the re-pointing was done! So impressive! Clearly gave me confidence and a feel good feeling of the trust I put into this contractor. I can’t thank him enough.

When our porch needed replacing I called on Dilullo Restoration to get the work done. He has a great crew that he works with and brings in trade-workers when needed. This project required cement pouring, brick layering and carpenter. John and his crew started early, worked hard and kept the site clean. John was on site throughout the day and kept us up-to-date on progress. We were very satisfied with the results.
