I wanted to waterproof my foundation, but knew I also needed some foundation repairs, so I wanted to hire somebody with experience who could deal with any issues that might come up beyond basic water-proofing.

John's quote was reasonable, and his knowledge was good. He was on site during the initial dig of the job, and accessible during the duration of the work, and checked in on his crew's work at every stage along the way.

His crew was punctual, polite and clean. They were respectful of the neighbors, they worked continually and finished the job early.

John's recommendations were more practical and less disruptive than the other 2 proposals we received.

John's expertise in masonry as well as waterproofing, meant that he was also able to restore part of a stone wall which had to be dismantled to gain access to the foundation. Both of the other companies we spoke with, said it would be our responsible to restore any affected finishes/structures at our own expense.

We hired John and his team to replace the parging on the side of our house and tuckpointing. I called and received a site visit the same day..amazing customer service! John went over every detail and started the work within a week. He and his team were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We also had them replace shingles on the side of the house that had been missing for quite sometime. They were able to match the color exactly. I highly recommend Dilullo for your home restoration work. John and his crew did a very good job at our house. They repaired the concrete porch and two brick posts. The cost was fair and reasonable. They were always punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job was finished on time. Overall, we are very pleased with their work.
