We had a very good experience with Dial One. Joe was great in booking a next day appointment and in giving us an accurate estimate. Aimon, the serviceman, arrived early and went straight to work. We were very pleased with the work and with the service. Aimon explained everything carefully as he worked his way through the house and the service included cleaning the furnace filters as well. Aimon answered all questions and even took before and after photos. We would definitely recommend this company!

Aiman was the professional who helped us with this service. He was very prompt on arrival and was kind enough to explain each step of the process. He even provided us advice on furnace maintenance as well.

Aiman did the job at my home today after Joe booked the appointment for the same week as my call while other companies were pushing me out by at least 2-3weeks.

Let me start by saying I had a horrible experience with a cheaply duct cleaning service years back...I put a lot of research into finding the right service providers. During my review I was impressed to see all the 5 star reviews for Dial One, especially the technician Aiman. So I booked based on these reviews. I was so pleasantly surprised when Aiman showed up at my home. He has a lot of passion and knowledge that was evident as he worked and engaged me. He shared step by step what the process would be, showed me the interior of the ducts while he cleaned and even did the dryer vent! It makes a difference to work with a professional knowledgeable team like Dial One! Thank you Aiman, there is already a difference in the air.

Aiman did a great job cleaning the duct for my new home. He arrived on time, and patiently explained to me how the cleaning process works. He nicely answered my questions during the service. It was done in ~ an hour. Aiman also showed me pictures of the duct from before vs after the cleaning. Very satisfied by his service.

After searching duct cleaning companies and selecting Dial One we were not disapointed. Aiman came to our house and explained every step along the way. We have pets and had not cleaned our ducts in a long time. He was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. We can't believe how much fur and dirt was caught in them. I had Dial One come and clean a property before we moved in. The previous owner had pets and there are some allergies in the family so we needed it done. We also had some flooring installed which generated a lot of dust and sawdust.

Aiman came and did a great job. Before the cleaning, I was having allergy issues when the AC came on, and afterwards, no problems! That is all I wanted, and they delivered.

They were even flexible enough to come earlier than I had booked, as my flooring work was done quicker than anticipated so I was able to have someone come the next day! Amazing :)

I was super impressed with duct cleaning service which I've received on July 20,2020. I was upset from my previous duct cleaning company their technician had a short temper and was very rude and did not care about details of their job, but fortunatly I found Dial One and talked to the owner Joe directly. He sent one of his best technician (Amjad) to my house. He explained the whole process to me patiently, ensured the house was left clean, he was listening to my concerns and he did a great job. I Would definitely recommend this company for duct cleaning services.
