Phoned and had a technician scheduled the next day. Ryan helped me keep the furnace reset that night. Jamie showed up early next day found problem and repaired and tested. So impressed with the extra effort, scheduled Jamie to service my mothers' furnace. Again very punctual, excellent service, excellent knowledge, excellent price, excellent experience.
