Decorium

We purchased a bedroom suite for our son from Decorium and it was a very positive experience. They offer great customer service from the helpful and well informed sales staff to the efficient delivery people. I will definitely shop at Decorium again.

Decorium has fantastic furniture with a wide variety of styles, hundreds of fabrics to choose from and fabulous service with great design advice. It has a super large show room, easy parking and excellent hours.....it caters to all tastes.I would recommend this store to anyone ....check it out! It is worth the trip!

Many thanks to Danny (delivery team-lead) for planning and finding a way to fit a very bulky desk through a door that was larger by only 0.25 inch than the desk itself. It was like an action movie where work needs to be done on the space shuttle, and you have only one try, from only one angle.

Many thanks to Mary Beth, Jack and Fil for their infinite patience and customer service, as we went back-and-forth several times, trying to buy something that would hardly fit through the door.

In the end it was a success story, as the desk was delivered and graciously placed in its place. We love the result.

The owners and staff are helpful, friendly and extremely caring. They go out of their way make sure the customer is completely satisfied both at the time of purchase and after as well. The selection and quality are top notch.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Decorium. The pieces my wife and I picked out have received so many compliments. The quality of the furniture has been excellent so far ( over 2 years ). The service, selection, delivery and price were excellent. Don't be shy to ask for sales help, there is so much to chose from. Our salesman Howard made it very easy to select the right styles and sizes for our home. We were treated to a great sales experience, one that you don't find everywhere.

We live out-of-town so we really appreciate shopping at a store that has a large selection in one location. They truly have something for everyone! We recently purchased bedroom furniture, two leather chairs and four leather ottoman cubes. The service that we received from Steve was exceptional. I found the staff at Decorium to be most helpful, friendly and patient with listening to my needs and assisting me. The delivery was on time and as scheduled. I called with a few questions after the delivery and found their customer service staff to be excellent. Their store is nicely set up and you should visit their new location near Summerhill and Yonge - has some really great stuff!! their prices seem to be quite reasonable. Check it out!!
