Cozy Comfort Plus

I had them in to replace the furnace and water heater. The service was on time and great. Every season they call and come to service the units which is nice to have so I don't have to think about it.

I am pleased to recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to anyone who may be in the market for new heating and/or cooling equipment at home and subsequent maintenance service. I am impressed with the high standard and efficiency of the Lennox products sold by the Company. As a home owner, I appreciate knowing that my appliances are well maintained throughout the year. For the past five years, Mory, the technician, has provided exceptional service. He is always pleasant and courteous, answers any questions I may have about my appliances, arrives on time, and takes pride in performing a thorough inspection of my furnace, central air conditioner and media air cleaner.

I used Cozy Comfort to install a new central air conditioner for my home and everything went smoothly. There were no problems and the service was professional and friendly. I am sure they will be there for me if something does come up. I would recommend them to a friend, neighbour or family member with no hesitation. Thank you!

My AC was not working at the beginning of the summer this year. I called Cozy Comfort, who installed the unit years ago, and they quoted me the best price for coming to inspect and potentially repair it. They told me what the most likely cause was (leak in the coil) and what it would cost to replace. They were right. They fixed it for the price quoted. They did a very professional job and cleaned up very well. I'mm 100% satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again.

We have had some hiccups, moving into a new house with a faulty furnace. Cozy Comfort was helpful along the way and the owner Brian was particularly understanding of issues. Sean for Customer Service was especially courteous and accommodating. Recommend Cozy Comfort. Thanks for the service.

I have been using Cozy Comfort Plus for almost 10 years now and have been very happy with their service right from day one. Brian was so helpful in choosing the right furnace and air conditioner, and has always been available if I ever had any questions. I have recommended them to my neighbors who also chose to have Cozy Comfort do installations.

I called to schedule my usual maintenance service. The call
was answered immediately and a date and time were arranged.
Mory arrived on time, did the work and took the time to explain
a number of things that I found very useful. He cleaned the
work site well. He was very friendly and courteous. I would be
happy to have him come to do future work as required.

Their prices are very competitive. They installed the furnace clean and on time . Service staff very professional and polite. They come on annual basis and service my furnace always on time and fees are resonable . They fixed my filter that broke also which was very nice I highly recommend them.

We purchased our heating and air conditioning unit in 2012 and have had Cozy Comfort service the units each year. Our serviceman has been polite, clean, efficient and reliable. His courteous manner and excellent service makes our dealing with this company a pleasure.
