When | came home and found my furnace in error and home temperature plumed to about 17 -16 degrees on a Friday evening I became very worried until I called Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. For starters the phone service was fast, easy, and offered possible trouble shooting strategies. While I was on the phone with the owner of the company who attempted to diagnose the problem through asking me several questions and giving me instructions, the service manager, Sean was on his cell calling technicians to see if any would be able and available to come to us to check the furnace. I may have been on the phone with company for maybe 10-15min and was assured that a technician would come within the half hour. The technician came as said by the company and did a thorough check and explained all his foundings as well as offered possible solutions to get our heat back on as soon as possible. He answered all of your questions and concerns with detail. He didn't rush or brush us off. Because our furnace needed a new part which would need to be ordered we had to wait until Monday morning when all parts and service stores were opened. The technician attempted to rush the order and arrange a time where the furnace could be fixed.
It is so hard to find reliable and efficient companies such as this one.
