Cozy Comfort plus did a very good work for us both with fireplace and AC. The staff are professional and friendly and pricing is competitive.

Cozy Comfort strives to satisfy customer needs. We hadn’t serviced our wall-mounted air conditioner from the day it was installed, and the technician was able to solve problems without suggesting high-cost solutions. The unit has been working smoothly ever since. I also learned something I didn’t know about our furnace as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Called just before the long weekend (Canada Day) for NEST thermostat to be replaced as it didn't work for my parents. I explained my parents were seniors and it is not working properly (it was also extremely hot the entire time into the weekend). Cozy Comfort were the 5th company I called...just going down the list from Enbridge. They were very nice and understanding. They made it out the next day (Friday before the long weekend). The service person, Mory, was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way to my parents home and his ETA.
My dad is a very particular person so he asked alot of questions and had Mory check the AC unit. We ended up getting that cleaned since it was never cleaned. My dad was very pleased with Mory and called to tell me what a great job he did.
I am very appreciative of the first contact, the person who made the assessment and coordinated a technician and the technician. All 3 points of contact were great to deal with and provided costs up front so I was not surprised at anything (which is exactly how I prefer things).
I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience dealing with them.

Honestly, I almost think they were vying for our furnace business, when it comes to repairing that in the future. If that was there goal, they are absolutely the front runner by a mile. They worked hard in the blazing heat, did a difficult installation job, and for a price tag that even we were surprised by. It really won't be a question when it comes to the next thing we need: I'll ask them for a quote first, and it would have to be terrible for me to go with anyone else.

The task was to do a basic maintenance of the air conditioner . The technician who was very polite and friendly started with a check of the filters of the air cleaner and the humidifier. He also explained the various settings required for summer and winter and even showed me the condition of the duct and recommended a duct cleaning.

I want to thank Brian for the knowledge on fireplaces, when we purchase a Valor Fireplace on May 24th. And we are very happy with the service and the installer of the fireplace. Thank again for the wonderful help.

I had my regular air conditioner maintenance performed by an outside company and when they turned my unit on, it was no longer working - it was over 15-years old. The maintenance company gave me a quote for an air conditioner, and to ensure I was getting the correct product I cantact Cozy Comfort - who came the next day.

Cozy Comfort took me through the options for different units that would meet my needs, while answering all of my questions.

Their expert team just installed the new AC unit in my house. They were very professional and were on time, and they quickly completed the installation while ensuring the old unit was removed.

Very happy with Cozy Comfort! Brian and his team were excellent. Brian came out and gave me a fair quote. I wasn't able to do the work right away as I had to wait for architect's drawings and permits related to some other renovations. Brian came back a year and a half later and honoured the original quote with only a very nominal increase for one part that had recently become more expensive. Sam, Farshid and their crew worked around my renovation schedule. They came and temporarily disconnected my water tank and removed the old furnace to make room for structural work that had to be done. When the renovations were complete a week later, they came back the next day to re-locate and install my water tank, install a new efficient furnace in its new location along with new venting, duct work, power supply, air coil, humidifier, as well as copper piping and a power line to the outside for possible future installation of an air conditioner, and relocated about 10 feet of gas line from the basement ceiling to the exterior of the house to free up ceiling space. The furnace and water tank are now very neatly installed in a far corner of the basement, all pipes, vents and ducts very cleanly tucked away or relocated to allow for maximum headroom on the ceiling while ensuring my planned future utility room cab be as small as possible. A big improvement over the previous setup where the water tank, aging furnace, and duct work were in the middle of the basement taking up valuable ceiling and living space. Brian also arranged for an associate who came to perform an energy audit and fill in all the necessary paper work for me to receive the maximum available rebates. I recently received a $250 manufacturer rebate, as well as a $250 government rebate in the mail that Cozy Comfort applied for on my behalf, in addition to the rebates that will come after my final energy audit. Great workmanship, customer service, and very responsive to questions and requests by text and cell, so would not hesitate to hire Brian and his Cozy Comfort team again in the future!

I have needed immediate service and repair for the Heat Pump in my Condo in Mississauga three times over the last 8 years.
