Amazing BBQ and has a great performance. The grill chars chicken and cooks right through steak... obviously amongst other things. Incredible price for an incredible BBQ.

Our ac failed just before a hot ling weekend. Company was referred to us by friends. Brian came Sunday to check and take order. Technicians arrived Tuesday and installed, through a rainy day . Worked almost without break through the rain, replaced old freon feed, replaced the old electrical wiring, and allowed me to delay my signing of satisfaction statement until next day to make sure house cooled back down. By 11 pm it was 72F! Elated I drove to their office at 8am opening to deliver full payment and sign as a fully satisfied customer. Thank you Brian, Hamid and Jason!

One person came initially. He was great. The 2nd person arrived much later in the afternoon. Wish the unit outside was lower but overall great job

This was our second experience with Cozy Comfort Plus. They did a great job replacing our furnace and updating our duct work last year. We just had them back again to install a brand new Carrier air conditioner and we're very happy we did! Brian, the company President, is always very responsive to texts and emails with his direct customer service, answers questions well, remembers his customers one and two years later, gives a fair price and honours his original quotes even when I take up to a year to make a final decision. The technicians that arrive are always very professional, friendly and respectful, neat, tidy, and organized as well as punctual. Watching them work, their skill and experience is clear! Thank you Brian and Cozy Comfort, we are enjoying our new A/C and cool house less than 48 hours after contacting you!

Sales consultant - We were originally looking for a ductless air conditioning system. Brian asked many questions about the room that needed to be cooled and ultimately, he explained the benefits of a heat pump! The room is an addition to our home and will benefit from the heating aspect as well!

All in all, we are thrilled with the heat pump and with Cozy Comfort's sales personal and their installation team! Now, we are wondering why we didn't do this 10 years ago!
