Brent did a condo inspection for me and was very professional and answered all my questions. There were some issues that were discovered in the unit that I needed an electrician to look at and Bret recommended a great electrician who came and spent time understanding the issue and was honest and professional. I know it seems strange to do a condo suite inspection but as a first home buyer I was pretty nervous.
Brent did a professional job as well as being a easy going guy. He answered all my questions with no problems . He look through the suite and took the time to look at everything and as well as lots of pictures for proof. At first glance, I thought it would have been a straight inspection, when I looked around the condo suite it seems fine to me. However after the inspection, Brent found a very major flaw , that I would have I never noticed. After discussing with him and my agent. I decided not to get the condo suite. I am so happy it was done, it would have been a great regret for me if the deal went through. I highly recommend Brent and his awesome service. Thank you Brent !

I'm a realtor using the same home inspector for 15 years but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to look for a new inspector. I googled home inspectors and Classic Home Inspections popped up with rave reviews. Brent held up to his reputation! On the day of the inspection, he showed up before the appointment time. He took a lot of pictures and forwarded them to me. Home inspections can be a little nerve wracking for both the client and the realtor because you never know what issues they might find with the property but Brent's calm demeanour took the edge off. He found a few cracks in the basement foundation. When Brent pointed them out to the seller's realtor, the seller's realtor made light of the cracks but Brent insisted they be repaired because they could eventually leak. Brent left nothing to chance. I received prompt responses to phone calls and requests. My client was very pleased and as a realtor, when my client is happy, I'm happy!
