The Aprilaire dehumidifier works well, but when it came the box was essentially destroyed. It came with no 10” round for attaching it to and ducting, and there was no manual with it. I’ve figured it out for myself but it was pretty unprofessional. For something I paid over $2000 for I would expect everything to be perfect, and when I got it the unit was so dirty the service guy had to clean it off with a rag. Will not be recommending Clarke Basement Systems to anyone.

We had 2 cracks in our basement wall that were leaking and Clarke Basement Systems sent a rep to assess the work and give us an estimate. They came in and repaired the damage and left the area clean and neat. So far there have been no further issues.

Clarke Basement Systems replaced our old single pump system to a double pump. This now provides us an emergency back up should the primary pump ever fail.
They did an excellent job as quoted and we are very happy with thier work.

Extremely pleased with the job Clarke Basement Systems did to salvage our retaining wall. It was old and leaning more and more with every passing year. We knew we'd soon have to get it worked on or taken down and replaced. CBS gave us a fair estimate and did not over-promise as to results. They ended up righting it to within a few degrees of perfectly vertical. Lovely. They used a unique geo-engineered solution that involved putting steel plates on the exterior of the wall and linking by means of 3/4" steel rods to a set of steel anchor plates buried under the driveway. Don, Austin and Nolan were punctual, pleasant and did it right.

I’ve used Clarke’s 2x now & truly believe that they have the best product on the market. They have been very courteous & very clean each time they have been use. This time I priced out a couple of other companies & price wise they all are in the same range

Clarke Basements sent an inspector to assess and explain (thoroughly), the process for filling a crack in the house foundation. The rep was soo great. Then when the work was done, it was quick and easy. All around I have been very happy with the expertise exhibited.

Since busy time of the year, took a bit of scheduling time to get the repair done, but so far so good.
Mark was very considerate about his foot ware and particular about his work.

They provided a quick and fair quote. The sales rep was knowledgeable and informative, and never oversold me considering the room we were working on was unfinished and always will be. The crew came ready to work and managed to do the whole job inside 6 hours from arrival to departure, and despite the speed, the work was impressive in it's quality. They also cleaned up after the selves immaculately - definitely a cleaner room after they left than when they arrived. You'd never know they were there except for the fact that my basement is less cold, less smelly, and dry!

I’ll definitely take this method over digging! Plus there is a huge price difference. The Clarke people were very organized and efficient and the work was done quickly from beginning to end.
