My furnace stopd working 10pm and I had to find someone quickly as I have 2 year old son at home. I called City Air Conditioning & Heating and Sunny arrived an hour later with all the necessery equipment to perform the job. Sunny was very professional and clean. The job was done quickly and since than I never had any problems with my furnace. I will deffenetly recommend City Air Conditioning & Heating to everyone due to proffesionalism and quick responce I experienced with them.

We have had two experiences with City, and both have been excellent. When you call you get a real person who gives you a time frame of when they are coming. Both times we called City we had no heat and they were at our house in less than 1 1/2 hours.
Sunny is knowledgable and friendly and most of all fair and honest.

I found this company on the internet and called it at 4 am because my furnace was not working in a very cold winter night. My house was freezing and I wasn't sure what to do. The phone was answered by their on call worker, named Sunny. (which I was really glad as I have a young baby in the house) In just over 3 hrs he was at my house and temporarilly fixed the problem, and ordered the new motor that was require for my furnace. Sunny came back and installed the new motor without any problems. He worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable at answering every questions. My furnace is now working great.

A lemom! I've lived long enough to know and experience that, while unusual,a major appliance item can be a lemon. That is no fault of this supplier, but the manufacturer. A few years ago our new furnace was a lemon. Such a judgment is not quickly determined. Eventually the furnace was replaced and our new one is operating effeciently. Betwen these 2 events numerous calls were made to City Air Cond. and Heating, the supplier. Without any exception, whatsoever, their timely service, expertise, professionlism and caring were remarkable and worthy of the highest commendation. Without a shred of reticence I highly recommend them.

My furnace broke down Jan. 5/11 at approx. 10pm. I called City Air Conditioning & Heating and got a live operator (called a few other companies and got their machine). The technician arrive within the two hours as promised, he was very professional and had the parts for the repair. The entire job took approx. 1/2 hr. I am very pleased and satisfied with City Air Conditioning & Heating, and would gladly refer them to anyone.

They came highly unprepared. They showed up with no ladder and decided to stand on cabinets and break them instead of buying a $100 ladder. They were a referral from a corporate client. I later found out my bill was about $600 higher than it should of been. I did not shop around since they were a refferal. I questioned Sunny about the differeance in price and he went off screaming at me about cost's and i should of asked for other estimates before agreing to a price with him. All I can say is buyer beware!!!

Called on Tues for service - no heat - thursday appt - main circuit board not working - left with no estimate of repair (other than $150 to show up and diagnose) - could be back later today or first thing tomorrow
8:30 am call to say going to pick up part and I will have to pay for his time while picking up part - at $100 per hour - will be here within hour.
10:30 shows up and installs new circuit board. takes one hour to install circuit board - has to check with manufacturer by phone on installation

Customer service - keeping customer informed - not his strong point.
Will not use this company again.

We had some major work done to our furnace space. Sonny came and did the estimates and gave his honest opinion. We didn't feel like we were pushed into doing anything we didn't want to. Paul came to do the actual work and he was very very good and professional. He made sure everything was done right and kept us well informed the whole time. Thank you Paul for all your hard work and we're impressed how you turned our extremely hideous and not to code furnace space into shiny new and extremely functional.

highly recommended and I'm going to call them right now to come service our furnace.

Called City Air at 10:30 PM on July 1 holiday for a central air installation. A life person answered! Our air conditioner was installed in 36 hours from the original call.

Our furnace was red flagged and after calling Direct Energy and having no response for days, we called City and a representative came within a couple of hours. Installation was efficient, friendly and of good quality.
