Several years ago we purchased two leather club chairs from Choice Leather and they served us well but needed replacing. We went back to Choice and dealt again with Adrian. We purchased two new chairs which were delivered in the promised time. We were not totally satisfied and felt that the chairs were a little high and the seats too firm. Adrian came out to our home, replaced the legs with shorter ones and refilled the cushions with softer interiors. We are delighted with the chairs and recommend purchasing from Choice Leather where they listen to what you want and desire to make the customer happy!

We were searching for 2 large leather couches. Adrian and Choice really delivered a seamless and very helpful, no pressure shopping experience. We took our time with Adrian and narrowed it down to a sofa that was too small. Adrian had 2 custom designed using premium leather, based on the smaller version, and at a great value. We took (early) delivery today and are 100% delighted with the product and the overall experience. Do not exclude these folks from your furniture search. Anyone looking for great product backed by great service at a more than fair price should take Choice very seriously.

Was looking for a quality leather sofa and love seat. We had purchased a sofa 15 years ago from Choice Leather which is still in use today and looks great. Went back to Choice again after looking at a number of big box stores and purchased again from Choice Leather. Adrian was terrific and personally delivered the new set. This was one of the few local places I could find with the style of sofa I wanted, made with real leather, and at a good price. Adrian was very patient during my slow decision process in the showroom. There was no pressure to buy and he provided good advice and information. He wanted me to make decisions and choices that I would be happy with. Delivery worked with my schedule, and they got the sofa onto the 2nd floor safely.

This is a long overdue review for Choice Leather. Two months ago I ordered a white leather sofa, love seat & ottoman. They managed to rush order it for me & delivered it much earlier than expected. Delivery was straightforward & easy - and it wasn't easy considering how tight the space was to get the pieces in. Lastly they even surprised me with storage inside my cusom-made ottoman to my measurements. It is just beautiful. As we've sat on the sofas the last few months they've broken in & are very comfortable. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Choice leather was a great choice indeed. The showroom had a variety of leathers and styles to choose from, and Adrian was very helpful with suggestions. He is not a Hard sell kind of guy, there was no sales pitch, no pressure at all. I told me to expect delivery in approximately 4 weeks, and the sofa was delivered right on time! We love it, the quality is impressive. We are very proud to have bought this Made in Canada leather sofa. I wish I had discovered the company sooner!

Searched for an elegant small love seat and found it at Choice, a company from whom we purchased a sofa and loveseat many years ago. Great service and delivery, no pressure, excellent quality. Should have gone there first.

Having extensively searched online for a Canadian Made leather sectional we came across CHOICE LEATHER. We did hit the usual stores and online sites to do research. Highly rated we ventured into the store where we met Adrian a 19 year employee. Immediately welcoming, he spent time educating us on what set CHOICE apart...customization, leather quality and guarantee. It was his friendliness and knowledge that sold us.

The 10x10 sectional was customized and delivered, by Adrian, about 2 weeks early. All we can say so far is WOW, beautiful craftsmanship, great service and better than competitive pricing for what we were looking for. While still early to discuss durability Adrian assures us that CHOICE stands behind the quality of every product for life. While confident there will be no issues, we've got piece of mind.

When I went in to Choice Leather Furniture, I wasn't sure what I wanted. Tom Lee, the owner, and Adrian, his associate, took the time to work with me and helped me to determine what would be the best choice for me. They were courteous and very helpful. The furniture arrived four weeks later, and they took the time to move my existing furniture out of the way to make room for my beautiful new sofa and chairs. I highly recommend this store, they're fabulous.
