From initial estimate to a visit to the showroom to choose the right style to installation, our experience with Casa Bella Windows was superb. We are extremely satisfied with the final product and are already making plans with Casa Bella to replace a few more windows next Spring. The major selling point for us was the fact that there were no subcontractors involved in the process. Casa Bella has their own estimators, installers and they manufacture their own windows. Competitive pricing was just an added bonus to all of this. We highly recommend this company.

We bought two new doors (Garden and French door) from Casa Bella with Mathew Harant. Product and price just fantastic, installers the best. Installed in the day promised. For sure we recommend Casa Bella Windows. Next year we'll buy another door.

We've had our entire windows (12+ windows+patio door) replaced by Casa Bella last year. At that time, we were very happy with the results. They do a great job with windows. However, if you are considering getting your doors done as well, please read on. Since we've had such a pleasant experience with our windows, we've decided to return to get our doors done this year. After waiting almost 5 months to get our two doors (average wait time between emails was about a week and had to contact the management to get the installation date), the installation day went far from what we were initially told to expect. We were told that it'd be a half day, easy-breezy job. It ended up taking a whole day with my husband taking 3 trips to Canadian Tire/Home Depot, and having rather agonizing discussions with the installers. In the end, we have received an email of apology from our sales rep (not the management), and a gift card of $50 to compensate for our full day of loss of work and extra expenses that we had to incur due to lack of communication from their part. By the way, if you are wondering why their rating is so high, it's because they send free movie tickets if you give them a high/perfect rating.

We were extremely pleased with Casa Bella. The Sales Manager was very thorough and professional. The installation went very smoothly. The work was done with excellent attention to detail. The team was very conscientious. The windows look great - we couldn't be happier!

The windows bespoke of quality workmanship & of the exact specification as befitting each room. Even more impressive was the installation process which was precise & neat with no damage to the surrounding area & very clean post-work. Mathew Harant was our initial contact with Casa Bela windows. From our first meeting; to phone or email communication Mathew was professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. We had to make several changes and Mathew was patient and helpful every step. Upon installation, the Casa Bella installation team was lead by Oliver, who was fantastic. Every member of the team was polite and respectful as they navigated through our home. Oliver was here for three days leading the team. He was a pleasure to work with. He always answered all questions and upon completion provided a clear and informative overview. Oliver's crew's cleanup job was great and saved me much hassle in vacuuming. I needed some windows replaced and through a friend learned about Casa Bella Windows. I placed a call and was called back immediately by José D'Amora, a sales rep, who booked an appointment with me. He came on time and gave me an estimate which I found to be very reasonable and we signed the contract. They set a date for installation and installation was actually a week earlier than they had promised.. Their workmen were punctual and they left the job site in a clean and spotless manner. I was very pleased about the service, results and the quality of the Windows. I would recommend them highly.

Our first contact with Casa Bella was Jay Biller who came to our house to look at the windows that needed replacing. He encouraged us to come to the showroom to look at their products and helped us to make our decision regarding the type of window that would best suit our needs. The completed windows were efficiently installed and a tiny clean-up detail was taken care of in a timely manner. We will be using Casa Bella again in the future.
