They had great service, quality product and courteous and friendly staff. I would recommend this company to any one. They took away the old windows and disposed of them. 5 stars for sure!

CB was very patient with us even though our order was small - a part of a 3 year reno program for our Oakville TH. They are professional and offer good advice. The company's installers were friendly and worked hard as a team always sensitive of our needs. They were craftsmen - something that this world has too little of and the installed windows are of high quality and works of art. Pricing was very fair. We look forward to phase 2 of our project.

I replaced 35yr old+ windows in 5 bedrooms in my house with new triple pane casement windows. I researched the top window companies in Ontario and got 3 quotes, including Casa Bella. The salesperson, Mathew was very responsive and helpful. The install team of Bill, Kyle, Donny, and Andrew were excellent and they were very professional, great workmanship, and cleaned up really well both days. The install team was one of the best crews I have ever had do work in our home.

My neighbour also had a great experience with Casa Bella about a year ago when he rebuilt his house from the ground up and used Casa Bella windows throughout.

I would strongly recommend Casa Bella windows to anyone wishing to replace their windows. I had 4 window companies provide me with quotes. I choose Casa Bella, not because they were the cheapest, but because they manufacture their own windows and their employees do the installation. It's a one stop shop made in Ontario. I initially contacted them through a referral. The first visit was to measure all the windows in order to provide a very detailed quote. They were available to answer any follow up questions I had, including a visit to the showroom, where I dealt with German, to see and choose the windows best suited for our home. The next visit involved German and another staff person to accurately measure the windows for ordering. The order was placed and we received a 10% discount as we wanted them installed in January. They arrived exactly the week in January they said they would with 3 crew. Ricardo, Dillon, Kyle (can't remember the other names) were very courteous, laid runners on the floor and wore booties on their work boots to enter the house. We had 7 windows replaced which took 2.5 days to complete. Each crew that showed up were as knowledge as the last crew and the windows were exactly what we ordered and the installation was flawless. They even cleaned up after each visit and German did a follow-up call the day after to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Which I was. We will definitely have Casa Bella back to replace the rest of the windows in our home, including the doors. Great job. Thank you very much.

I have used this company twice in the past to change windows and a door in my home and I had nothing but great things to say about this company....until now. They say third time is a charm but I cannot agree in this case. The salesman was very inexperienced and made a lot of careless mistakes throughout the process of placing our order and actually getting our door and windows installed. First, I had to call the company 3 times before I actually had a salesman schedule an appointment for an estimate. Then, the salesman came to the house, measured the windows, sent the estimate. We decided to place our order only to find out that the estimate was wrong because the salesman measured the windows incorrectly and the cost was $300 more than the original estimate. Then, when we received the contract, not only was it more expensive, we were told that our doors would not be painted and we would have to paint them after installation. After conducting our own research and several calls to the salesman and the sales manager, we finally were assured that the doors come painted with a "factory white primer" which we were always content with (We were happy with white doors). Next, we were promised if we booked an installation date in the winter that we would receive a discount. This discount was not reflected in the final estimate we received. We had to call the salesman and the sales manager several times before the sales manager finally adjusted the cost. Speaking to the manager was not easy either as we felt that we were wasting his time. Next, the day of the installation came and we found out that our kitchen window was going to be retro-fitted despite the fact that we paid for full brick-to-brick installation. Thankfully, the installers were able to improvise with the materials in their truck to build a new frame and install the window properly. Finally, after the installation, I did not receive so much as a phone call or email from the salesman to follow up with me about the installation, only a charge on my credit card for the final installment. Just to note, a follow-up phone call is something we received the last 2 times we dealt with this company so it only made sense that we should expect the same treatment. Throughout this entire nightmare of ordering windows, the only positive thing I can say is that the installers were 100% professional. If I could rate the installers on home stars separately, I would give them a 10, easily. It is the poor customer service we received with the rest of our experience that led to a much lower rating.

Casa Bella exceeded our expectations! We are so pleased with the service we received. Ronnie was great to work with, and the guys that installed the windows were very professional. We love our new windows (we still need to paint the trim), and could not be happier that we decided to replace our sliding patio doors with garden doors.

We were most impressed by German the sales rep who gave us a tour of the facility where they manufacture the windows. He also emphasized how the installation processed was performed, this was what sold us on hiring Casa Bella.

The crew came on the date that was promised and proceeded to do the work over 3-days. They followed a process that was efficient and performed the installation as described to us by German. I must say that there were no issues/surprises. No broken windows or wrong sized windows were received as I read on reviews of other Window companies.

The crew of 4 (Klye, Donnie, Bill and Andrew) were great... cleaned up at the end of each day. You can tell that they got along with each other and have been together as a team for a few years.

We highly recommend Casa Bella and will be looking to replacing our front door in the near future.

Hired Casa Bella to replace a large picture window (really a picture window with two narrow windows on either side) and a drafty door in an older house. For the job I got four quotes and although Casa Bella was the lowest, I would have hired them if they had been the highest because of Ronnie's no-nonsense approach when he came over to give me a quote, a refreshing change from the other sales reps. Instead of trumpeting the virtues of the company/workers/manufacturer/etc and the need to act on a time-limited offers, Ronnie simply went over our options and made his recommendations, and sent us several quotes for all different variations that interested us. The crew showed up on the appointed day and time, did a great job on the installation (dealing with the issues that are inevitable in older houses), and left the place as clean as it was before they arrived. Couldn't be happier with our new draft-free windows and door!
