Great home inspections

Home Inspection review in Old Toronto

I have used Carson Dunlop several times for home inspections, dating from buying my first house in toronto back in the 1980s.

In my experience they are invariably professional and knowledgeable. They charge a fair fee for their excellent work.

Alan Carson is still at the helm and ensuring a rare continuity of honest and reasonably priced professionalism. He returns phone calls promptly, which in itself rare these days.

I strongly recommend them.

I am very impressed with Carson Dunlop & Associates Home Inspections. From the moment the inspection appointment was booked I was confident that I had hired the right company. The inspector arrived on time and well prepared and was extremely thorough. The physical inspection appeared to be very detailed and the inspector was quite knowledgeable.
I received the inspection report with no delay and found it to be as I observed the inspector, detailed and thorough. While detailed, it was still an easy read and it was easy to follow
I have no reservations about highly recommending Carson Dunlop & Associates to anyone looking for a home inspection

Very Professional and Thorough Job!!!

Had a freehold detached home in the east end (Scarborough area) that my group was preparing to list. Was previously aware of Carson Dunlop's reputation for thoroughness. What I found refreshing was the professional conduct, timely/punctuality of the assigned inspector, clarity of their explanation of matters identified and most importantly, their willingness to be completely accountable for their statements and findings.
