After I was given the initial estimate of the work to be done, I appreciated that John was still flexible in terms of the final cost. The work was done quickly and they picked up and delivered the items without additional cost. The quality of their work was excellent and we were very happy with the final end product.

I have deal with Carocel for 16 years now and they just have worked miracles with my last job with them. My antiques got badly water damaged in storage and Joe and Carocel brought the furniture back to its orginal beauty. When I saw my damaged furniture it was all blue and furry and the handles were all corroded. It was delivered to me looking like there never had been any damage done at all. I cannot believe that it was possible until I saw it for myself. Job extremely well done.

Our rosewood wall unit, purchased new in 1975, was in sad shape. The veneers were peeling in many places, the electirc lights were not functional. We were ready to throw the unit out. By chance during an internet search I came across the company and they came to see it and said it could be fixed.
It cost 3000 but it is worth every penny, in our opinion.

We met with John at Carrocel who took plenty of time to work with us on finding the right style of chair for our dining room. They did a beautiful job and their service was wonderful. They offered to deliver a console for our front hall free of charge and left it with us for a week to see if we liked it. We decided not to keep it. They came and picked it up with no issues and still worked with with us to find other options. They have an amazing workshop in the back of their showroom where they toured us and demonstrated their capability to restore furniture to a "like new" look. Very impressive. I would trust them with any piece of furniture you care about. Lastly, they can design or source out some great furniture pieces. Definitely worth checking out.

I came across Carrocel by chance after doing an internet search for Art Deco. What a find!! Their selection was so expansive and varied that it was difficult to make a choice as to the style of piece I wanted to buy. Everyone we dealt with, from the owner to the person who did the delivery, were so professional and an all around pleasure to deal with. After our cabinet was delivered, set up, and paid for, I called Carrocel to say that I noticed there was a small spot that needed a touch up. They sent someone out the next day to look after it! We were so impressed with them that we made a second purchase of the side table in the same week! The customer service is exceptional, especially in this day and age, that they make you want to come back! I've already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

As a designer, I only shop where the customer service, work and selection is numero uno! Carrocel, restored a water damaged teak boardroom suite for a client and did a flawless job. For my clients and myself - I've purchased stunning pieces from their fabulous showroom. They even replicated a matching sideboard for one of my clients. I consulted a few antique restoration companies. Carrocel offered the fastest service, lowest price and least hassle. They picked up at one addressd and delivered to another without any extra charges, etc. The work was great and right on time. I have already sent a second piece for finishing.

They took my table, stored(at no extra charge) while we in the middle of houses; refinished it, saw a problem when they delivered it, took it back fixed and added to it, delivered it back to me on the same day (at no charge). Their work is excellent and so is their customer service. They are very easy to deal with and very honest and helpful. They are my furniture re finisher - no one else. Will buy interesting pieces from them too.

The people at Carrocel were very helpful in helping me select a stain for my dresser. They picked up my piece and within 2 weeks it was ready. The piece of furniture was my parents and was not in very good shape, but it was amazing what Carrocel did. It turned out beautiful and I was very pleased. After that project, I intend to give them some more of my pieces to refinish. Also the shop is very nice and they do have pieces for sale.
