I was I need of new windows and door.
I reached out to Canadian Choice for a quote. Their sales representative Joe came to my home to provide me with an estimate.
Joe is an excellent sales representative.
Joe is very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and was able to answer all of my questions. Joe was able to offer wonderful suggestions. I did take his
advice and I’m so very happy that I did.
My new windows and door look amazing.
I’m so happy with the work done to date that I reached out to Joe to request the remaining windows be replaced as well.

The entire process.

I had a 3 companies come in to quote on the replacement of our original windows in our 34 year old house. All 3 companies did a good job in quoting on our business but we decided to go with Canadian Choice and don't regret that decision. Although the installation was somewhat delayed due to supply issue because of Covid, once the windows arrived the installers did a great job and the windows look great.

So pleased with our new entry doors and window!! The whole process was a pleasure, starting with our sales rep, Joe, he took the time to explain everything to us, and help us decide on which products to get. Day of install was a breeze, our installer was very meticulous and took his time installing and making sure everything was perfect. We're so happy with everything that we're going to do the rest of the house in time. I will be contacting Canada Choice again and I recommend them to all my friends and family!!

I initially contacted this company for a quote for a complete home window replacement in late 2018. The sales person who attended was a joke joke and therefore never used them. I went with another company because the sales person, Joe Waddell was outstanding. This year I decided to replace front door and put new inserts into back and sude door so I called Joe to use him and his company only to find out he switched companies snd was now working for Canadian Choice. Because of him we gave them a second chance and were not disappointed.

First Stan came and explained everything we needed to know to go ahead. Then the installation team came and did exactly what Stan promised with a perfect install of great products. Absolutely made the right decision to get Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to replace not only the damage windows (cause by hail) but the for the entire house. The front and back doors and frames in our 100 year old house were warped and wouldn’t close properly and just looked outdated. Joe helped us pick out new doors to modernize the look while being functional. Andre worked his magic installing them to insure the fit was perfect.

No hestation recommending these people. They bent around our schedules, were on time when they said they would be, adjusted to changes in our lives, and they did craftsman level work. More than that, they followed up with us to make sure we were happy and even fixed a poor choice we made with at charge. We had a neighbour tell us today our doors look like a Christmas card.

Old school work and honourable people.

Aside from creating a larger window for our staircase, we had replaced a few others throughout the house because of broken hardware. We were very pleased with the new windows from Canadian Choice. Our sales rep, Jason was professional and helpful in providing us with options that would meet our needs and be sustainable in the long run. The new larger window looks great and overall please with the service / windows quality and will be reaching out to Jason on future projects.
