Canadian Choice

We had our basement walkout door replaced 2 years ago and never had an issue with it at all, until the recent downpours. The original installation was fantastic and completed in the time promised. Had to have a service rep come out following the storms and he was also amazing. From the time I called in about the problem to the efficiency it took to get an email reply and someone out to our home was great. He adjusted every part of the door that could be done and was very diligent. While nobody can guarantee 100% with the amounts of water that we have received this summer that no water will ever get in, I do believe that the repair (at no additional cost to me) will do the trick. Very professional and great to work with.

Wonderful experience with Canadian choice start to finish. They very prompt, had very clear communication, no fake pressure sales tactics, overall very transparent about what we were getting. We love our new patio French/tilting doors. I feel like the value for the price was better than competitors. Installation was quick and clean, and the techs installing were knowledgeable and thorough.

Our first exposure to Canadian Choice was dealing with Inna. It was a pleasure dealing with her as she explained everything thoroughly and showed us all options available.

Joe was a great help. Came and premeasured and answered any questions I had. He also followed up and sent reminders which was much appreciated. Service guys were very polite and worked efficiently. Would certainly recommend their services!

From start Joe reviewed all of our requirements and was a tremendous help in delivering what we envisioned.
We received help on the energy audit and that was all organized by Consumer windows.
The installers were very good - diligent, great workmanship and very nice - they even cleaned the cob webs from the front windows.

My whole project went smoothly i like so much their service installer Mike & his brother who did amazing job they are super friendly and very experienced. I like to thanks to Inna sales rep. We had all the windows and front door and patio door replaced in our home.
Joe, the Canadian Choice representative, was wonderful! He was very helpful and professional with advice, and always friendly and readily available when I had questions.
The installer was also very professional, extremely competent and friendly. The front door looks fabulous!
All in all, we are satisfied. I am however a bit disappointed that we didnt get the slim contour windows, as was indicated on the purchase order.

We Recently had a window replacement completed. We had a bit of an issue with the first replacements but it was resolved in a very satisfactory manner and very quickly. We had awning windows installed by Recep and his worker and we could not praise him enough for the attention to detail and how quickly the job was completed. Thank you to the team of Canadian Windows and Doors! We would highly recommend them.
